EspoCRM - Open Source CRM

Excellent and super-fast tool for any type of business. EspoCRM is a real value to a company that seeks a feature-rich solution that will not cost a lot of money. The interface is very user-friendly and intuitive. The software provides the ability to automate almost every aspect of your sales cycle. The thing that I like the most about it is that it is easily integrated with the telephony and Google calendar. It also has super modern workflow and BPM tools that worth its weight in gold for a company that wants to automate routine operations and save time during the workday.

In my honest opinion, it is the best free open-source CRM solution available in the market today. Having tried out an immense amount of systems, I believe that this one is an excellent choice for the company that seeks all-in-one, feature-abundant and stable software that can automate business processes and offers high performance. The software is extremely flexible in terms of customization, so it can be adapted to any type of business. As for my company, we use EspoCRM for every aspect of our business including sales management, e-marketing and of course customer support during a year already and my employees really love it. The software is very intuitive and keeps users informed about all changes and upcoming calls and tasks. It also allows us to automate routine operations. And of course, I cannot neglect to mention that the software is easily integratable with the other apps our company uses (our mailbox, Outlook contacts & calendar, etc.), so it allows us to keep all the info synced and eliminates data silos.

We use EspoCRM for 3 years already and we're extremely satisfied with it. It has all the functionality we need starting from basic customer base management or deal tracking and ending with advanced reporting & analytics and robust workflow automation. Calendar feature and its integration with Google deserve an exceptional commendation as they allowed us to foster collaboration within both the same and different teams. Another great plus for our business was the ability to add web-forms and automate lead capture. Moreover, it is easy to use and intuitive, in our case, it required only minor instruction for the employees. EspoCRM works for us perfectly, hope that it will work for you too!

If you are looking for a modern, elegant, user-friendly, super-fast CRM with a kick-a** UI, your search is over with EspoCRM. It would compete with Zurmo's quality and still win your heart. It may not have all the modules of other big players yet but it will get better and set to rule the market very soon with new features released every 2 months. Their codebase is better and performs faster than SugarCRM or any other CRM app. It is WICKED fast!! It's frontend is implemented as a JavaScript application. Setting it up and customizing it is a breeze. Upgrading it is a snap - just upload the patch file through the Admin panel and you are done! EspoCRM is minimalist and refreshing in the over-crowded CRM arena. It is easy to learn and use. Kudos to you Espo Team! Keep up the good work!!

I'm impressed by what these guys did. It's just a beta 2 and there are still plenty of bugs and some features are missing but I believe they are on the right track. It's modern, super fast and the design is refreshingly minimalistic. That makes it easy to focus on getting work done rather than making it necessary to fiddle/fight with the system
