    The average two-parent household in Michigan spends $10.4K a year on child care and less than 1/3 of 3- and 4-year olds are enrolled in publicly funded pre-school. The Build Back Better Agenda will lower child care costs and provide universal pre-school to 3- and 4-year-olds.
