Pros: My favorite part of Netsuite is that you can import and export data so easily. We often Import large amounts of data from various systems. If you can export it to a CSV file then you can put it in Netsuite. We also use Netsuite's features to slice and dice the data so we can know right where we are and where we need to be.
Cons: Pricing is higher than normal. It does provide for great support but you have to pay for it.
Overall: I would buy this product again. Some companies can afford the pricing and some cannot. If you can afford it then buy it, you won't regret it and you'll find if you utilize it's features, you will most likely earn back those dollars in the form of increased productivity.

Pros: There is a wide range of functionality and configurability. Can handle processes from inventory and part management, production, customer records, sales, billing, and shipping all in one system.
It has the ability to customize the system.
One of the best things is that NetSuite has the ability to either bundle your ow sandbox items or utilize either managed or other bundles shared to the sites.Cons: It is hard to manage all the customizations.
Page loads speeds make it a little slower to use than a system hosted in-house would be.Overall: Overall, NetSuite is one of the best in the field, being cloud based, I am able to access it from anywhere, it is one of the easier ERPs I have used in the past. NetSuite is remarkable because of its ease of management and flexibility-- it's so easy for me to customize this platform that there isn't any scenario where it can't be used!

Pros: NetSuite is the best business manager. Its benefits are countless. It is suitable for both small and large companies. A wide range of cloud storage applications help you not only to manage financial issues, but also unique business management, especially human resources, which is already a big topic of what can help us. The platform system is very intuitive, you can easily understand it and its processing speed and security, what are you waiting for, it is usually very difficult to actually complete it on a platform similar to NetSuite's services. In addition, the creation of the script takes only a few minutes because of how intuitive the system is.
Cons: When we left Quickbooks to use another product, I regained the features I missed. I have the ability to edit a transaction with simple errors without having to abort the transaction and enter a new transaction , Thereby blocking our data. NetSuite has the features: handling multiple entities, recurring transactions, advanced reporting capabilities, and integration with our trading software.
Overall: Having a solid foundation and organizational structure in advance can prevent you from getting into big troubles on the road. NetSuite provides an easy-to-use interactive dashboard for monitoring business performance. You can easily access it through their website. In short, I would recommend this platform to 100% of people who have no doubts.

Pros: I was particularly impressed by the integration of sales force automation, which is a feature that allows us to view all previous customer notes that can assist with developing new opportunities, or cross-selling. Previously we relied primarily on sharing notes, but having one single source of truth has been critical for our success.
Cons: The product's features are fantastic, however in some cases I found the graphical user interface a little challenging to use. However, this is just due to how many options there are to select. After using it for a few weeks I became very comfortable.
Overall: Whilst I have only been using NetSuite's CRM for around 6 months now, I am very impressed with the additional modules it has for supporting the entire lifecycle of customers. Whether it is developing opportunities, receiving purchase orders, or up-selling other products, NetSuite has it all. A+

Pros: The features and capabilities of NetSuite are unmatched. For a larger company who needs transparency and places high importance on things such as inventory, invoicing and reporting, etc. Bear in mind, however, that upkeep is a full time job in itself.
Cons: I'm only speaking from my experience here, as a smaller business, but it goes without saying , I soon learned, that NetSuite is not for small business. It's extremely time-consuming and cumbersome to learn in addition to maintaining the daily operations of a business. Also, the CRM features don't seem to flow as seamlessly as I've seen in much more affordable, simpler programs.
Overall: Overall, I'm impressed by the capabilities and features of NetSuite, and I can certainly appreciate their goals and mission. However, for the vast majority of small business owners, there are probably better, simpler routes out there to explore first. Just do your research ahead of time.

"Great purchase as compared to QuickBooks, a must for accounting and information systems team"
Posted 2021-07-03Pros: We have the functionality back that we missed when we left Quickbooks for another product; it has the ability to edit a transaction that had a simple error (wrong vendor, wrong date, etc) without having to void the transaction and enter a new one, thus clogging up our data. NetSuite has the functionality we desire; handling multiple entities, recurring transactions, advanced reporting feature, and integration with our operations software.
Cons: A few simple things seem to be missing, such as the ability to see a simple customer ledger without creating specialty reports (this should be a minimum for accounting team use case), and the ability to filter for mulitple payment types on the deposit screen. We also observed that Oracle makes it very difficult for others to set up integrations, so my credit card processor wanted $400 a month to work with NetSuite. Currently NetSuite is looking for a bundle that may help me with this, but this is very disappointing.
Overall: The possibilities of NetSuite are limitless. It allows ones company to customize and upgrade your account; whether it's scripting, new record types, custom fields, and other objects; one can build NetSuite to meet your business requirements. Many of these customization tools don't require any major technical experience, and on the other hand, one can build complex native applications within ones account.

Pros: Easily integrated ERP software that has helped see the big picture in our growing organization. The cloud based service means that our company's information can be seen in real time, helping us to make better business decisions, particularly our financials and accounting. This is a feature rich software, that has some many useful tools it is constantly providing different ways to use it.
Cons: You pay for what you get. It is not cheap, but worth it.
Overall: Overall, a great software for enterprise management. Easy integration, worldwide accessibility, and intuitive, this software makes decision making much easier with thorough and real time information. Highly recommend.

Pros: NetSuite ERP is being used in sales, marketing, and finance departments. As a user of NetSuite, it helps me to get info from various parts in one spot. This enables me to examine buyer orders, invoices, NPS client orders, and also automatically shoot the messages of mine.
NetSuite is well suited for inventory management and production management. It allows us to view our inventory levels in real-time. It also alerts my team when inventory level falls below our minimum quantity. This has helped my team greatly in production planning and demand planning.
- Easy to use and user friendly
- Handle multiple business units.
- Cloud based
- Employee data is easily searchable.
- Importing and exporting of files is simple.
- Very customizable
- Payroll is seamless
- Reporting is easy
- Support multiple currencies.Cons: - Pricing
- Cannot "reverse" a journal entry
- Training documentsOverall: The related records is a powerful tool in NetSuite. It gives all departments the ability to track fulfillments, invoices, payments, etc. The audit feature allows for a detailed level of all those involved. We were able to eliminate manual approvals by routing them through the system with an audit trail.

NetSuite is very good at adding transaction types. It is not very good at ad-hoc P&L generation. Since our company has a lot of Pro Forma adjustments, NetSuite is not equipped to handle that type of scenario. Also, there are a lot of incorrect entries that can be deterred if we can easily turn off access to certain department-entity combinations.

Pros: Excellent Inventory management tool. It helps you to save lots of time by segregating all the information's at one place and helps you to monitor and pulls reports whenever you need.
Cons: Nothing to describe as of now. It is a fantastic tool for corporate use.
Overall: Overall experience pretty good so far. It helps to keep all the information for an asset (Pricing details, serial numbers, PO info, etc..). And helps to monitor inventory at one place without any trouble. We will continue to use it.

Pros: I used the financial accounting modules for booking entries and reviewing trial balances and draft financials. Overall an easy to understand setup and easy to assign roles for yourself or other team members.
Cons: UI looks super dated. Anachronistic almost. Feature set is also being beaten by newer players like Zoho and Quickbooks.
Overall: Overall a reasonable product with good functionality. A step-up from run of the mill ERPs and accounting softwares.
