Jose and his crew arrived as planned and got right to work.  I had ask if they could work around a dogwood and not damage it.. this dogwood was in the way of the other tree being taken down.  They took great care of that tree and also of our driveway and yard.  They even cut up some downed wood that had fallen a month before they arrived.  They made sure the drive and yard were cleared before they left.  Jose even took the time to give me estimates on other trees that we need taken down in the future.  Thanks Jose

The crew appeared on time. The branches chopped and the trunk and limbs cut into 16 inch lengths for our woodstove and piled in a location in the yard. The clean-up was thorough. All went smoothly and efficiently.

Went well.  Did a good job cutting a path for my fence.  Worked quickly and professionally.  Super easy to talk to and work with.  They also chopped the good trees into firewood which was helpful.

Not the cheapest but punctual and professional; very pleasant to deal with.  All jobs done to satisfaction. Trees cut and cleared. Wood chopped to firewood length and neatly stacked. Stumps ground, area cleaned. Very good work. Would use again in a heartbeat.

I have also had American Arborist come out for routine trimming and to remove dead branches. They are always willing to help. When the tree fell, it came close to hitting the house so it was a scary situation. It came out roots and all, so there was no stump to dig up. They did remove another tree earlier and cut it down so the stump was level with the ground, which was fine. They always give an estimate before proceeding with the job.

My garden looked very dull with the dead trees all over my yard, so I called these guys to come and chop them down. They came in, cut them out, de-rooted my garden, and left it all nice and tidy again. It was not completely leveled, but my garden is looking much better than it did before the work was done.

I had tree damage during a heavy wind/rain storm. Within 2 hours of my calling them, they came and gave me a quote for cutting down the damaged tree, removing debris, and chopping up the tree stump. Their estimate was considerably less than 2 other estimates I received. The work was completed within 2 days, as promised.

Although they do not chop wood, the did an excellent job in removing a very large tree in a tight space (electrical lines and fence close by) and another smaller tree. Romeo was very prompt in contacting me to schedule the job, and Orsis (sp?) and his team were very professional in their work. They cleaned up everything when they were done, and they were nice enough to blow the leaves off my lawn and driveway (saved me the work two days before Thanksgiving:). Will definitely use again.

Roberto is great. He gave us an estimate about 8 months before and held to his price. They removed 2 enormous trees from our front yard without any damage to our yard or home.

It was very good. They were very knowledgeable and we also had a tree taken down and they chopped it and hauled it all away.

Excellent.  The tree cutter arrived early and quickly assessed that the job was bigger than originally thought.  He quickly arranged to have another cutter join him.  They entire team did a great job and the clean up was if they were never there.

Fabulous! I got an estimate the same day I called and it was an excellent price. A team of 6 came 5 days later on the day and time promised. They used a crane to lift the trees out of the way, put them safely down in the street where they chopped them up, shredded what they could, and hauled away the large trunks. Then they ground all of the stumps. They even trimmed several large branches from other trees and took down a smaller tree at no extra charge. They were skilled, professional, and cleaned up everything. I will never use another tree service!

I would not ever use this service again!  I have not dealt with people this incompetent incompetent in a long time.  They knocked on our door because they were "working in the area" and offered to take down some trees our landscaper had marked with orange tape for $1,000.  They removed the first several trees and asked for a partial payment ($800) and said they would be back to finish. When they returned 2 days later, they said they had underbid the job and would not finish unless I agreed to pay them an extra $600.  I confirmed again that they were to remove ALL the trees with the orange tape, and we agreed how many trees were included in the bid, and I reluctantly agreed to the additional charge.  I was away for part of the afternoon, and when I returned they had just finished chopping down a large flowering tree next to our driveway that was NOT marked with orange tape!  When I asked why in the world they would chop down a healthy ornamental tree, they said it was "leaning", and we had discussed a leaning tree on that side of the house.  However, just behind the flowering tree was a very large dead oak at a 45 degree angle with orange tape on it!  The tree guy claimed not to have seen the tree, and if we wanted the oak tree gone too it would be AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE!  I will never use this company again, but if you do, get everything in writing and do not give them a penny until the job is complete.

They did a great job cleaning the yard. The crew was really good and very knowledgeable. We had fallen trees in the yard that needed to be chopped and assembled into piles.

Instead of just chopping the trees, they trimmed them very nicely. Well done. The price was very good. The price also included disposal of debris. Very friendly and helpful.

Very well, took good care of chopping the stump around the gas line without risking anything. Worked very hard for the money earned. Very lenient on payment terms too.

I have used Economy Tree Care several times and the owner, Ovidio, is great to deal with. This is an extremely busy season for them and they have a number of much larger jobs, but because I've been a regular and loyal customer they took care of me, even coming over on a Saturday (which they normally never do) to finish this project. Economy lives up to their name in that they charge fairly for their work and do a thorough, careful, and quality job at the same time. I highly recommend them.

They did a thorough job and worked hard while they were here. They used a shredding machine to chop up the limbs and trees. They hauled all the debris away when they were done.

Administrative response was quick, and scheduling was easy and convenient. The professional who came to assess our property trees came on time, was pleasant, and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and listened to our concerns. His recommendations and subsequent quote were in line with our needs, and he didn't recommend any work that didn't need to be done. He also noticed that we have two chimneys (and therefore a need for firewood), so included firewood chopping as part of what would normally be debris removal. It was a pleasant and customer-oriented perk.
