We have a challenging house. three separate roof areas, one which requires carrying a ladder to a roof to get to the next roof. Ken did a great job, sealed what was need. he also gave a fair and honest statement on the roof condition, pointed out some trivial maintenance (sweeping off pine needles and followed up with on of the best estimates we have seen to date. Great work, strongly recommended.

Sealed cracks around chimney , sky lights , etc. Patched worn/exposed areas on roof and replenished tar and gravel

Philip did a great job. Came out in the rain. Replaced the shingles and also sealed flashing around chimney.

Joel came out to look at the roof. He arrived within the window of time promised. We had several leaks that had occurred during a heavy rain. Some of these leaks had nothing to do with the roof, but Joel patiently and methodically checked them out and offered advice on how to fix. He went up on the roof, took pictures of the skylights, and we reviewed the options. He also did a thorough checking of the entire roof. None of the skylights were sealed properly. The next week roofers came out and fixed them. We just had another big rain and--good news!--none of the skylights leaked.

Excellent. He advised on the metal edge flashing not having been sealed down properly, put down and torched a whole new seal all the way around the roof, and did it for a good price. He was also the only roofer to call back after we sprung a hole in our ceiling after a week of heavy rains. All other roofers wouldn't even come by for weeks, and he was here the next day. He then scheduled us in the next week before the next rains because we had an active leak, vs doing bigger roofing jobs. Tony is great.

The owner was on time. He asked if I had any roofing problems or leaks. I told him my concerns. He and his co-worker went up on the roof and sealed around the fireplace and vent pipes. They also sealed broken tiles and checked the gutter. He also pulled an obnoxious vine that had made its way through the roof. It took them less than an hour. I was pleased.

All the roofs in this addition had a problem with the ridgelines curling up so we had the ridgelines redone and the vents weren't sealed right so we had the vents sealed again also. These guys are really good workers. They did a nice job, fixed the roof and they didn't make a mess.

Our roof has been leaking and it looked like we needed a new roof. We asked Precision to give us an estimate on a new roof. Michael came the next day and told us that we don't need a new roof yet (other contractors didn't say this), but that we need maintenance work and re-sealing. He said our last roofer should have come every 5 years to do this. He originally said they wouldn't be able to do the work until 2 weeks later, but they came on Sunday and did the work because they were concerned that it was going to start raining. They did a very neat and quiet job. You can't beat a contractor that tells you that you don't need the expensive work you thought you needed! Seemed a little expensive, but they spent a lot of time and I'd rather have a good professional job (compared to the sloppiness of the previous contractor).

Their communication was good, they were timely, and they did a great job of sealing the skylights. Furthermore, they worked around my schedule which I appreciated.

I took advantage of Shadowfax's Angie's list Big Deal for a service that was normally over $400. Other than routine gutter cleaning, I had not had my roof checked in approximately 10 years (no leaks), but was not confident that everything was in order. Additionally, I had an old Dish Network dish rusting away up there in an unsightly manner, several years after we terminated our service with them (they don't remove dishes). So, I signed up for the deal on a whim, and contacted Shadowfax for an appointment. I found out after purchasing the Big Deal (I didn't read carefully!), that I was outside of Shadowfax's normal service area- they are in Campbell, and I live in Half Moon Bay. Jerry, the owner, spoke with me directly, and told me he would nonetheless honor the deal, and was very kind. About a week after that, Jerry came to our home, and spent several hours pounding down loose shingles, cleaning off the loose branches and leaves around the gutters and roof, taking down the old Dish Network dish (as a favor- this was not part of the deal!), sealing all the holes, and generally inspecting all the potential leak areas (flashings, area around skylights). He even took the time to sweep off our deck where the roof cleaning debris fell, and actually hauled away that nasty rusting dish! I was so grateful for his advice and help related to the condition of our roof, that I asked whether he could do a whole roof replacement in the future (it's nearing the lifespan for our roof anyway). I highly recommend Jerry and Shadowfax Roofing. Jerry is a pleasure, and really went the extra mile to make things right. Despite our not being in the area, i'm hoping that he might consider further work at our house in the future!

Stan was very professional, came out, inspected the roof ($150) and scheduled an appointment for two of his guys to use a long ladder to reach a difficult overhang to seal openings in the roof. Service was on time, explained and executed professionally. Would use again.

He is very responsive. I've used them before. They are trustworthy and stick to their word.

Roof was inspected & then the inspector sealed around metal flashings and found and repaired a hole that had developed around a pool solar heater pipe that went through the roof.

Our roof was leaking and water was coming through a light in our bathroom. I called 3 roofing companies and Integrity was the only company able to come out the same day and inspect the roof. We thought we would have to replace the entire roof, but the Integrity crew said the roof was still in good shape. They noticed that the shingles around the vents were not done correctly. They came out the next day and did the work as stated and quoted, which also included removing an old solar panel that was not in use anymore. We were very appreciative, and we have had no problems with leaks since.

Couldn't be happier with everything about my experience with Excelsior. They came in at the lowest bid of three bids and honestly about what I thought the job should cost. The other two bids I got were way too high. They were punctual and did fine work - my roof no longer leaks! I highly recommend them.

Restored and refurbished foam roof. Removed old surface and prepped roof. After solar mounts were installed, came back and sealed mounting areas and installed new foam surface. Cleaned up.

He was on time, went to work immediately, explained the process. While on the roof, he examined the gutters, cleaned out dead birds, gave suggestions on what other type of work should be performed. I contacted him a year ago and he honored the same bid as from that time. He was very professional, extremely helpful. I would use him again.

Good overall. Roofer did drop some nails on the driveway that were not picked up (puncture danger to tires). Also apparently bumped our satellite dish, which caused intermittent issues for a few days. Otherwise, we are satisfied and felt the price was more than fair for inspection and light repair.

It went fine, but for $120 not much happened in terms of maintenance. My roof is in very good condition just few minor items called out on a prior roof inspection. Technician applied seal around few items, and then gave me estimate to do the remaining items. Their estimate was very costly but appeared to be good quality. I did not use them for the additional work items.
