Top Opossum Removal Near San Francisco

Brandon and his partner came out because I had a opossum that was living in my roof. Mind you, I had already had ANOTHER Angie's List pest control company out here who refused to believe me that I had a possum. After they confirmed it, they told they couldn't deal with a possum and had no idea who I could even call. I eventually tracked down the wildlife "remover" for Sacramento County--almost impossible to get a hold of, doesn't return calls, AND told me to "go out after midnight and retrofit a covering for the space in my roof to keep the possum from getting in." I did that ((which was incredibly difficult)) and it still didn't solve my problem. I'd finally had it after countless nights of loss of sleep. I happened to come across Brandon's website online and took a chance. They came out, inspected my entire roof, sealed up the potential spots, and gave me advice on other preventative maintenance I should do. I encouraged Brandon to get onto Angie's List so other homeowners who find themselves in my position can actually find someone RELIABLE and PROFESSIONAL to help us out. Hopefully, with Brandon's advice and help, I won't have to use his services again but I would HIGHLY recommend his services to my friends and neighbors.

2 gentlemen from Killroy Pest Control came and inspected around the house, then the attic and crawl space areas. They found the attic had been occupied by a opossum. They suggested a capture and release method. Having them perform this would have taken at least 1-2 days just to get permits. They suggested that it could by any DIY person and give me the trap info. They didn't charge for the visit and I caught the opossum that night.

I called Presto because I heard an animal making noise under my house which turned out to be a possum. I had no idea what to do but they assured me they could take care of it. They came out the same day and removed it. Very satisfied with the promptness, price and service.

I spent $1100. It was $100 for them to come out and do the whole estimate of the whole thing, and then they deducted that off so it was $900 something. I have used him before. They were punctual. As soon as I called, I got an appointment and the estimate was done quickly, and the work was done quickly. They showed up earlier, and they were good.

I kept hearing what sounded like a retching animal in my attic or gutters. I contacted Attic Guys to schedule an appointment to check my attic. The appointment was made for two days later. I was given a one hour time window and was told I'd receive a call 20 minutes prior to arrival. On the day of service, I received the call as promised and the employee arrive on time. He checked the attic and found not evidence of rodents. He then checked the roof and found droppings of either cat, raccoon or opossum. He did not charge me anything for this inspection. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. I'd highly recommend Attic Guys.

Scott arrived on time on a weekend and worked quickly and explained what we could expect. Placed the bait traps. Suggested we have an exclusion study done to tell what work to be done to keep them out. Hydrox called Monday to schedule the exclusion report.
