This was their first time out here, so they charged $75 an hour. They were punctual and used all of their own stuff to clean. They worked at a pretty steady pace. There were two people who were cleaning at the same time, and they did everything they said that they were going to do. They spoke English, so it was easy to communicate with them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Molly Maids was prompt, followed up well, and notified us of any price changes before carrying on with work.

We really like them. They do it pretty quickly, their rates are fair and they are flexible with scheduling. I had to cancel today because i was sick and they didn't have a problem rescheduling. Their work is pretty good. We've been using them for a couple of years and we plan on continuing.

They did an excellent job. I would tell the others that they were really thorough and did a really nice job. They were very nice and professional people. Their price was reasonable. The quality of their service was excellent.

They were a little on the expensive side. There were 2 or 3 windows and they didn't want to touch those.

After leaving a message with the office, I received a prompt call back from the manager. Within 5 minutes I had negotiated the price of the service and scheduled the cleaning for the next available day (2 business days later). The manager called me the day before the cleaning to confirm the appointment. On the day of the service the crew arrived about 10 minutes later than the range given to me by the manager. The two person crew was friendly and English speaking. They were very flexible in that I remained in the house while they were cleaning. They asked for immediate feedback, and took care of a few items they missed after I pointed them out. The service took about 3 hours, which was probably longer than normal since it was the first cleaning. I suspect that future cleanings will be shorter. The overall quality was good; I felt I did get what I paid for. They asked if I was interested in scheduling future services and I let them know that I would be contacting their manager to discuss. One day after the cleaning, the manager called me to follow up on the service and to ask about scheduling another cleaning. FYI - - Their rate structure is based on frequency of the service, so the more frequent the cleanings, the lower the hourly fee. This company is a good option over independent contractors as you can feel confident of their bonding and insurance, as well as the fact that you have an escalation point with the manager/owner of the business. I would recommend the company to others.

It went well. It wasn't cheap but they did a good job. It was a one-time thing. We have a 3-bedroom home. It was fine and convenient so if you are looking for a bigger company and don't have time to find someone that does it on a contract basis on their own. They came on time and called when they arrived.

They are satisfactory. I have them come once a month. They do almost the whole house. I have used them for about a year. They have two people come.

I like them. They always show up on time, do their work and leave. They are quiet and efficient. They do a good job. Their price is fair. They do offer options if I want special cleanups or don't want them to come for a week. They seem to be flexible but I haven't tried it yet. There are usually two ladies that come and one of them is usually the same. If I want them to do something special I can tell them. I had to stop them from doing some work because they were taking my stove apart and cleaning it every time they came and that wasn't too necessary so I told them I would tell them if I wanted that done. They will take every book off of bookshelves and dust it and put them back on. They pick everything up and clean under them. They charge extra the first time they come because they do a deep clean. Even now they still clean the windows from the inside. I don't expect them to do that every time but I forget to tell them.

We used them once and we hired them to come again in a week's time. They were very good in everything they said they were going to do. They did a really good job of stuff that we normally can't clean well, like the showers and stuff like that and they did a really good job.

After using a few house cleaning services in the past, I found that the initial cleaning (and of course the most expensive) was always good but subsequent cleanings were sub par. Not with Molly Maids! I use their services on a monthly basis and each cleaning is as good as the first. They are reliable, punctual, thorough, efficient and quick. The girls get right down to business and don't chit chat like some of the other cleaners I've used. Molly Maids calls me the day before my scheduled cleaning to confirm a window of time and they always show up on time. Previous house cleaning services have proved difficult to work with when I didn't sign up for weekly or biweekly cleanings and they would try to fit me in "when they had time" which usually meant a last minute appointment or just never calling me. Molly Maids has been a pleasure to work with. Their prices are very reasonable and they work with my schedule, not the other way around. The girls are very friendly and accommodating to my preferences. I will be using Molly Maids indefinitely and highly recommend them!

THE STAFF AT MOLLY MAID ARE RELIABLE AND TRUSTWORTHY. WE HAVE USED THE SERVICE FOR A COUPLE YEARS AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM. THEY ARRIVE ON TIME AND DO A GOOD JOB.

They are very reliable, trustworthy, and show up when they say they are going to. They do a good job. They are also very good at fitting me in and accommodating my schedule. I do think that their prices are a little bit more expensive then some places. I would recommend them though.

There was nothing for them to improve upon. They were punctual and they came when they said they would which was really good because I had to coordinate a bunch of things; so that was really nice. They were able to do their things while I went and did other things. They didn’t need me to look over their shoulder telling them what to do. They did what they had to do and did it well.

Molly Maids did a GREAT job cleaning the house. The initial phone call was returned promptly and the cleaning was scheduled quickly. We would like to schedule a regular service but seem to be having a hard time getting somebody to call us back.
