Initial call 03/31/15. Told service call $125.00. Tech out on 04/01/15 to take pics. "We will let you know early next week if we can fix or if need be, replace." No call. Left multiple messages for call back. Finally call and get secretary who asks Mike (owner) what's going on. Am told more pics need to be taken. Still unsure if part is available for order. Tech will return Friday the 10th @ 1130 to take pics. Tech shows up at 1230, takes pics. Will call Monday am. No call. Tuesday, still no call. Wait until Wednesday 04/15/15 place call to them and am again told Mike is in a meeting, will return call in an hour or so. No call. Over two weeks later, I typed in tub model online and ordered the part for $48.01/free shipping and am waiting for it to arrive. Will be attempting to do it myself. We are recent transplants to the area. Angie's list is important to us as we move around a lot. We are both prior military. I'm a nurse of 20+ years, lots of walking, lifting, pulling, etc.....Husband is a helicopter pilot. Four tours flying medevac in Iraq. Both of these professions take a toll on the body. Especially the joints and lower back. Some days, 20 minutes in the hot water with the pressure of the jets produces miracles without the use of medication. Maybe my little Jacuzzi tub didn't seem important to M R C Plumbing, but it is really important to us. Shame on ya'll.
