Very well. The are men of their words. Pre-treated spots. Steam cleaned carpets. Used rotary shampoo machine to agitate the carpet fibers ad used clean water to clean up. This is very similar to shampooing human hair.

The owner, Marco, was exceptionally courteous and informative and his company did exactly what they said they were going to do, and they did it on-time and for a very competitive price. Good.  I am leaving the property so I don't know how easily the carpet will resoil.  He removed two red stains and a stain from "slime" my daughter spilled.

Went very well, The service technician was even able to come earlier than scheduled, but we went with the scheduled time. My wife did notice one tiny spot that remained after the cleaning. Over all we were very pleased and would recommend again.

I had some spots on the rug from my pets and I thought he took them out really well and I also asked him to pay special attention to the edges to get the dirt and dust that collects there and he did a great job of getting the dirt out.

Excellent. There were numerous pet stains that they removed in addition to the general deep cleaning. It was a job well done.

Much improved and they were really dirty. Some old stains came back very lightly, but I know that can happen. The carpet is 21 years old and needs to be replaced.

The carpets were extremely dirty thanks to my canine friend.  They did an excellent job of getting them clean.

Two men arrived on time, in clean uniforms, & applied spot cleaner first. Then all carpets shampooed. Fans used to speed drying.
