Pros: The main thing we want to highlight is its ease of purchase thanks to the fact that it is very cheap compared to other CRMs we use that are on the market. It is very easy to set up to add new staff members and the general marketing department. It is an excellent tool to keep in order business contacts and customer prospects.
Cons: We need to be able to link multiple email accounts to one main account, as sometimes the consultant on duty can't check project updates and whoever is logged in can't access due to lack of connection or access.
Overall: Pipedrive is the best tool for tracking conversations with potential suppliers, customers and partners. It is the best tool for to-do's and is the most direct way to transmit important files via email.

There are many useful options we can take to make our communication towards customers as clear as possible, and customizable on different levels, depending on our sales target.
Cons: Pipedrive's reporting system is not intuitive enough for us to be able to apply forecasting methods correctly, even though group or individual profit tracking can be done. Earnings reports are not updated, on a daily basis, until all salespeople have manually updated their data.
Overall: What we were looking for before we got Pipedrive was an extensible software that would allow us to attach our sales to our Excel reports, and fortunately, with Pipedrive we have been able to go much further than that, with the use of templates that vary in relation to the sales methods we want to apply.

Pipedrive is quite good at handling online messages through various channels, so it is easy to keep in touch with leads.
Cons: Through Pipedrive's communication dashboard we can analyze the most popular trends in our target market, and the most frequent movements of our audience, but we can't exploit this to the fullest by not having a good system for importing databases from external services. It does not integrate well with mass marketing services.
Overall: Pipedrive is a good way to keep track of what happens within each of our sales, and to save time by communicating more quickly with customers. It is innovative to be able to create so many funnels without making it difficult to follow them, and to add to them all the information necessary to work correctly.

"Pipedrive is the right sales CRM for smaller companies looking to expand sales management and organization"
Posted 2021-03-29Pros: The software is very intuitive and you can "master" it without wasting too much time. The customer relationship management tools are relatively inexpensive. Pipedrive syncs very well with Google's G-Suite products. The dashboard allows you to "see at a glance" project progress. The software allows users to blind copy a project-specific email address, which will automatically populate the details/attachments related to that specific email into Pipedrive.
Cons: By providing similar features to Dropbox, the software can benefit greatly. It would be great to be able to grant external parties access to the file sharing portal hosted on Pipedrive. To my knowledge, Pipedrive does not provide this feature. However, it is worth noting that users can upload items that have been sent to them. In fact, if you attach a file to an email that has copied the specific email address of the "special" item, Pipedrive will upload the attachment to the repository.
Overall: We use Pipedrive as a customer relationship management tool. This software is used exclusively by some members of our management team. Tracking communication between our team and other suppliers, key figures, entities and even other people in the organization can be very difficult. Pipedrive allows its users to quickly check communication history, contact information and future meetings/calls/planned activities. I can call Pipedrive instead of calling my teammates to check project status. It is worth noting that although the tool is only used by a few team members, the product can still be easily used throughout the organization. Pipedrive is well suited for small and medium-sized businesses that need cost-effective customer relationship management tools. If an entity's users are struggling to maintain communications between their organization and external (or internal) entities, the tool will provide a lot of easily accessible visibility. Someone told me that some more powerful platforms would be better suited for large companies. For example, a large commodity company may be better off compared to one of Pipedrive's stronger competitors. In other words, my team and I are very satisfied with Pipedrive.

Your dashboard has been carefully designed to balance simplicity and density of information. I can see all my current prospects at all stages and, at a glance, who I need to contact again to maintain progress. Pipedrive seems well suited for small businesses with cross-functional vendors. I'm not sure it's right for the large enterprise situation. But for small businesses that need to get rid of lead management through email and spreadsheets and don't need enterprise solutions like Salesforce, Pipedrive is the right solution.
Cons: Once the customer completes the sales process, the application has nothing to do with the customer. I need a separate management system for existing customers.
Overall: I use Pipedrive to track sales. Now, as the only salesperson, I am the only user of the application. It helped us to immediately understand leads throughout the sales process and estimate potential revenue and timelines. It has completely organized and simplified the process which was previously very problematic and confusing.

Pros: With Pipedrive there are many situations that can be covered, from processes that need to manage a sale, to showing sales enablement. By having multi-channel data collectors it is possible to review and separate sales information depending on its sources, to create reports as specific as possible.
Cons: In terms of customer support sessions, it is better to use another crm service that does better support analysis, in which follow-up strategies can be applied, or at least has a live chat with greater customization possibilities.
Overall: Pipedrive is mostly oriented to the use by small clients, as sites where sales are made only at retail, which is demonstrated by not being as capable of handling large amounts of sales. Pipedrive is a service from which it is very convenient to communicate with customers and analyze current trends.

Pros: The drip system offered by Pipedrive causes emails to be sent in different ways, which throughout the workday is great for not oversaturating our server. We can schedule emails to be launched in an automated way when we receive requests for interactions from the public.
Cons: We cannot integrate surveys within the emails we send, or at least not the classic surveys whose structure is based on the annotation of checkboxes, since Pipedrive does not have integrations with services based on this dynamic. We cannot connect Pipedrive to our forms within the company's landing page.
Overall: As a marketing department, we know that email applications in the current decade are less and less necessary as we have so many tools to interact, but Pipedrive makes the emails we launch using it have an acceptable reach, and the market research and customer search operations we do are positive.

Pros: Pipedrive is relatively easy to use, easy to learn and has great potential when integrating with customers because it does not show any type of error in each record. It has improved the communication between the administration department and the sales department.
Cons: Sometimes the customer support is quite limited, we can be fooled with certain plans that do not include support by phone or chat only by email and that is a bit cumbersome at the time to expedite the solution of any problem. They have also limited us the option to download prospects within Pipedrive, since in some cases we consider downloading each client and this is going to make the configuration manually to be sure of what we do.
Overall: Pipedrive is excellent, since we have been using it it has been difficult for us to lose track of each client which is a plus for the development of each project, as well as we have kept up to date each notification to be able to enter correctly at all times in the different stages that the project shows us. On no occasion have we missed any opportunity thanks to Pipedrive. We managed to implement the notifications in every project, which makes the use of this CRM totally successful for any department in our company. Furthermore, this section has allowed me to be more attentive to each new negotiation that opens. I also really like the "occupations" section since here I can know what kind of attention has been given to each client negotiation, be it a call, meeting, task or trading deadline.
Cons: One of the things that I have always criticized negatively about Pipedrive is in relation to the prices that this platform handles. I currently consider the plans that Pipedrive offers to be somewhat high in price. There are many platforms to control a company's CRM that offer similar features, but we have considered continuing to use Pipedrive due to its effectiveness in tracking deals in real time, however, I think that the prices should be a little lower so that have a much higher ROI.
Overall: Our general experience with Pipedrive has been very good, despite the high prices of the plans it has offered us, we have decided to continue using it in our company because it has been a software that has provided us with real-time monitoring of each open case and each open negotiation with clients.
