Pros: -You get all the integration possibilities, ticketing system, managing enterprises AV and remote access.
-It is very functional and comfortable to use compared to other RMM alternatives available.
-It allows you to do a to of customization by using standard scripting technology.
-The customer support is swift and helpful.Cons: -The only con is the absence of a Helpdesk and email automation. Other than that, you really have to nitpick to find a con. Everything is responsive and unique.
Overall: Overall, NinjaRMM is a great RMM tool with many functionalities and a friendly user interface. The customer support is also very excellent.

Pros: Ninja RMM allows me to dig into any support data or request from anywhere. I can reach clients and makes their issues fixed with no effort. Every section on Ninja RMM is well labeled, which makes it really easy for new users to figure out and understand.
Cons: A little learning curve, but its customer service and labeling make it simple.
Overall: This RMM software is robust in my experience. No matter where you are, you can access data and services from anywhere. Overall, Ninja RMM is a powerful, advanced and reliable product.

Pros: - Easy installation and setup process.

- Very good UI.Cons: Perfectly fine and satisfied with the product. No bad experiences till now.

Has automation abilities to manage monitoring and support.Cons: Me and our IT staff haven't faced any issues so far with this.

Pros: Ninja RMM makes monitoring more convenient and in realtime. Its interface is streamlined and makes visualization of the entire IT facility easy. I liked that being able to get full security alert and automation. The setup process was a breeze.
Cons: Nothing so far in my or my team's usage for remote monitoring.
Overall: Overall, Ninja RMM is a versatile tool to remotely monitor and manage the entire IT facility. I liked its streamlined interface and functions of remote monitoring. it was a great experience using this.

Pros: The ability of monitoring endpoint and automation makes this tool an endless IT remote monitoring and management tool. There is a bit learning curve but not as compared to others. Robust assets tracking and reports are excellent.
Cons: There is a learning curve in this software. But overall it's an excellent RMM.
Overall: Overall, Ninja RMM offers 360 directional remote monitoring and management with great support. I can't say it's very easy to use but in terms of monitoring, it will do your job as expected.

Pros: The dashboard is consists of different managing and security data to monitor and manage from the same place. The user experience design is just awesome. The issue alert is a great addition to its functionality.
Cons: The implementation process was time taking. No other cons.
Overall: Ninja RMM is a functional and incredible RMM software. The design and its services are easy to adopt. Overall, Ninja RMM is a significant tool for endpoint management.

Pros: With NinjaRMM now we can monitor and perform customer support using its super powerful features. It helps to work at full strength even in a low workforce. Its UX is undoubtedly the best in the RMM tool.

Pros: It has many features in one spot to help me manage my users PCs. The ability to see performance, files, programs, etc all in one spot is extremely efficient.
Cons: It can be very buggy at times. Remote access fails probably 1 time a day where I need to ask a user to reboot.
Overall: Overall its a great experience. The pros far outweigh the bad. I really like the ability to deploy software from the portal. Also, being able to diagnose PC's without having to disrupt users makes our team look great to our clients.

"Excellent RMM, functionality and price"
Posted 2020-06-30Pros: The pricepoint is exactly where we need it to be. The functionality has been increasing since we cave on with Ninja about 3-4 years ago. They have really done a killer job of expanding the set of tools and integrations to support virtually everything we need to do.
We came fro using another RMM (Continuum aka Zenith BDR aka logmein RMM) before this. The installer was nearly 500MB download. This product is VERY lightweight by comparison. Weighing in at 20MB
Another thing I like is the remote access redundancy. This was the first RMM we worked with which by default had TWO remote access tools. This really comes in handy.Cons: Really nothing. Everything from product to support is excellent.
Overall: Nothing bad to say about this company. I am not going anywhere anytime soon. I am very pleased overall.

Pros: All tools included are practical to the management of my customers and their computer endpoints: no distractions or hard-to-find information. Excellent technical support. NinjaRMM stays on top of the ever-changing software world in all of their integrations.
Cons: Well - no software is perfect. If they were I could not afford them;)
Overall: NinjaRMM has become MY essential business. They help me run my business. I see them as a hub for many IT support tools and software by gracefully integrating them together. The foundation of this technical experience are the great people behind the design that take my job as serious as I do. Bottom line: I FEEL supported by anyone I work with at NinjaRMM. That is priceless. My IT business is 10 years old and NinjaRMM is my 5th and final RMM. I have been benefiting from a partnership with them for 5 years now. Kudos to the team at NinjaRMM!

Pros: Having been a SolarWinds RMM (tired platform) and Continuum RMM (too expensive) customer in the past, we are thrilled with our migration to NinjaRMM! The platform simply just works! We love the ease of navigation through the portal and alerting, patching, and remote access are simple to configure and use. Highly recommended.
Cons: Although a necessary evil these days, the additional prompts to enter a 2FA code when adding a new user or making a minor configuration change are cumbersome since we already had been authenticated with 2FA when logging in.
Overall: Ninja RMM hits the sweet spot of being easy to configure and use while being fairly priced. We could not be happier with our selection of NinjaRMM.

Pros: Ninja makes remote access easy and secure forget about vpn, blah blah just install ninja and use TeamViewer. If that doesnât work (unusual) spin up a Remote Desktop session thatâs secured.
Monitor all the disk usage, memory, etc of all your devices with the ability to remote file transfer, reset services, etc.Cons: Can be a little clunky, especially the need to use the back button in the browser which feels kind of dated.
NMS licensing is expensive for what you get. I thought it was based on NMS installs but turns out it is per device not per listener.Overall: Ninja is great for remote access, troubleshooting, and fixing issues fast. Made our help desk process much more fluid.

Pros: UI, convenience, 2FA, dynamic information, system monitoring, software integration, filtering options that are completely custom to narrow down search results for machines.
Cons: Truly, I cannot think of any cons with this software.
Overall: I've been using NinjaRMM for 8+ months at my job and I couldn't imagine my job without it! It makes remotely managing client machines simple and intuitive.

Pros: Information and Alerts are very informative in most cases.
Integration with third party software.
Ability to Run and Access Command prompt and windows services with out interfering with the user.
Remotely able to run scripts and restarts services from the mobile app.
Has a mobile app to allow to quickly check status of Servers and Users, while also able to run scripts directly through the app.
When support is needed, their assistance is very helpful.Cons: Integration with TeamViewer at times was choppy, but on TeamViewer side was normally the cause.
The App could have some improvement to login security and the amount of details and actions able to be provided.Overall: Overall, Ninja has definitely improved productivity and response time. Being able to be alerted of when a server or organization has gone offline, before the client even calls. The constant improvements and fixes keep polishing Ninja to be an even better RMM Solution.

Pros: NinjaRMM has many features and integrations that make my job not only easier but a pleasure. It's simple to use, and an amazing entry point into remote management. The support staff is above average, to say the least. They have never failed to help me remediate an issue, or respond in a timely manner.
Cons: It's a little pricey. But you most definitely get what you pay for. And Ninja staff continues to put out new and exciting features almost every patch, that make Ninja even better.
Overall: In my opinion, there is no reason to use any other RMM than Ninja. They offer a fantastic service, that makes my life as an administrator simply better.

Pros: I love you much easier this makes my job. I have 1 central location to manage all client devices, and with email notifications for so many customizable alerts we can be as proactive as possible with our IT support.
Cons: TeamViewer has issues sometimes. It doesn't always open even if the service is running on the remote PC. Sometimes a simple restart of the service fixes it, but sometimes we just have to wait a little bit.
Overall: Overall I really do love the product. I can't give a full 5/5 stars because of the issue with TeamViewer not always connecting on the first attempt. Aside from that, this product has really saved me time and effort over and over again through my everyday work routine, and we have been suggesting to every one of our clients to join us in using NinjaRMM.
