    "Price Gouging of Small Businesses Post-Pandemic - 104% Price Increase!"

    Pros: They were good before the pandemic. Now they show poor ethics and profiteering behavior. Not cool, BirdEye.

    Cons: The 104% price increase they offered me when I attempted to return to them after the pandemic started to ease, and we began working on business recovery.

    Overall: I think this shows a systemic shift from small-business-centric values to ruthless profiteering and a total lack of moral compass on the part of leadership.

    Way to attempt to profit from the country's collective misery, BirdEye. Nice work.

    "The best reputation software on the market "

    Pros: Google reviews galore, listings and amazing mobile app, they got it all, not much else to say other than once you are a BirdEye user you never want to give it up. The best reputation software hands down.

    Cons: I have not found anything that is a con at this point.

    Overall: Compared to the other platforms, they have the most robust platform, they offer the best value proposition and you get the best results.

    Pros: BirdEye is great tool designed to get customer review and increase engagement. BirdEye helps us organize all the review from our customer on different platforms. It helps us increase the customer engagement through multiple point of touch with the customers.

    Cons: BirdEye is excellent tool to organize and increase customer review across multiple sites.

    Overall: BirdEye is a great tool to to increase customer review for your Brand presence across many sites. It helps us in tracking all the review request and progress on them from a single dashboard, You can easily reply too all the review on your brand though a single dashboard. It helps me getting new reviews through automatically asking the new customers for feedback after the service. The templates asking for review from new customers are very flexible and configurable. You can select top preferred channel of review, for us it is Google Review and FaceBook Review. Overall its a great tool to increase your presence on review column, which helps you rank on top on business listing too.

    "Best tool to gather client reviews "

    Pros: It helps an enterprise to gather reviews from clients. It's the best tool to see your business from a customer point of view. For a review, you can directly send the client using its SMS and email.

    Cons: As far in my experience, I didn't have any issue using its features.

    Overall: BirdEye helped me to see customer views on my business. Before I have dependent on surveys and forms to gather information form clients but now BirdEye makes everything simple and easy. It also lets you share reviews on other platforms.

    "Good program and works well"

    Pros: Does a great job helping gather lots of reviews and places them online for people to find via search engine.

    Cons: They have reviews go on a BirdEye hosted page, not Google or Facebook which you lose if you cancel your subscription.

    Overall: Overall a great program that helps you get lots of good reviews especially via text message. That's the best part.

    Pros: We have been using BirdEye for more than 2 years and have tremendous growth in our business. We recently starting using their Webchat and the results are phenomenal. Already referred them to my fellow business owners. Keep it up!!

    Cons: I can't think of anything at this point. The product has worked really well.
