@lickmymind that should not be! Are you sure it’s Redux? Would you be willing to let me test your wp-admin to make sure this doesn’t happen for anyone else? I think it’s an odd JS issue and I want to fix it!

You’ll be happy to know with the new version going out this week we have resolved this issue even if your JS is broke. 🙂
Version 4.1.21 resolves this issue completely. That being said, you will want to install this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/enable-jquery-migrate-helper/
Chances are your theme or plugin was using some of the code that the jQuery Migrate library provided. In WordPress 5.5 they removed this code, so a lot of sites out there are broken.
Essentially the JS in Redux that dismissed that banner was broken. I’ve since fixed it to work even if JS is not working.
Please do let me know if you have further issues. Once you update to Redux 4.1.21, dismiss the notice and it should never show again. 🙂
