Had to delete the page editor from PopularFX. It affected all the themes I tried to run. I mean all unrelated themes to PopularFX. The Page editor would not delete or remove itself when I deleted any themes it deactivated and removed. It stayed there and corrupted every theme. Once deleted, now I can navigate through and change things. very weird and glad I deleted it all.

    Hello,

    Sorry for inconvenience caused.

The popularFX templates needs pagelayer. If you disable or remove the editor then all of the page is show some code which should be rendered by the editor. If you want to change anything in the page then you have to enable the pagelayer plugin.

If you have any issue then kindly generate a ticket here or pagelayer support system. We will try to resolve any issue related to pagelayer.

    Regards.

    Hi,

    >> The pagelayer and popularFX is dependent on each other.

I would like to add a small correction to the above line. Pagelayer and PopularFX are not dependent on each other.
However, if you have used a ready made template of PopularFX, these templates are made on top of Pagelayer Editor. For those templates, you will need to have Pagelayer.

    >> The Page editor would not delete or remove itself when I deleted any themes it deactivated and removed.

I guess you mean to say is that the content inserted by our templates which is pagelayer dependent, was not working with any other theme. Am I correct ? If you can share any screenshot, we would be happy to assist you solve any problem.

    Regards
