Did/will you graduate from a High School located in New York City?  
Was your high school located in the five boroughs of New York City? Did you graduate from that high school? If your answer is yes to both these questions, answer yes. Otherwise answer no.
Do/did you have over an 80 average in your academic subjects in high school?  
Calculate your average for your academic courses excluding courses such as gym. This average will be different from your total high school average and is often lower.
Do you expect to enroll in CUNY within a year of your high school graduation?  
Answer yes if you will enroll as a full-time student at any CUNY college within twelve months of your high school graduation.

While attending CUNY, will you live at home?  
Answer yes if you will be living with your parents or any other relative. Answer no if you are living elsewhere and paying rent.
Are you interested in  
Check the work box if you are interested in being offered work through the college. Check the loan box if you think you will need a loan to pay your expenses. If you don't want to be considered for work or a loan, leave these boxes blank.
 
If you have filed your FAFSA and have received your Student Aid report, it includes an estimate of what your family can afford to pay towards your college expenses. Enter that number here.
 
If you expect to receive additional scholarship or grant monies from any source other than CUNY or the federal or state government, enter the amount here. This could include an award from your high school, a grant that you separately applied for, or any monetary prize that you may have won that can be used for your colleges expenses.
 
Enter your income earned from work as reported on your FAFSA or the year used in the EFC estimator.

If you are not married and have no children who you support, enter 1. Otherwise, enter the number of people residing in your home that you support.
 
The number of people in your household who are attending college. Include yourself as a college student. Do not include your parents. Include others only if they will attend, at least half time in a program that leads to a college degree or certificate.
