I have installed the plugin, activated it, cleared the cache, however, I don’t have any option for Rollback on any of my 70 plugins.
What should I do?

Hmm, I’m assuming some of them are premium but some are free (on WP.org). If it’s not displaying on WP.org then that’s an issue. Let me know!

I faced the same issue, then I downloaded v1.5 of this same plugin from here – https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/advanced/. And using it which don’t have any issue for rolling multiple times.
But there is some issue with WP Rollback plugin’s latest versions.

Thanks @navanathbhosale!!! Rolling back to v1.5 of the plugin fixed it!!!!
