    Hi everyone.
    Still familiarizing with 5.01.
    Whenever I upload a picture from my computer directly to a post, first I see a blurred version of the picture on my screen for a couple of seconds, then I have en error message that sound like “The response is not a valid JSON response” and the picture seems gone.
    The picture though is uploaded and available on my Media Library, so that at my second attempt I post the picture form there.
    It is not a big deal, I get my job done anyway, but I ask myself what I am doing wrong ?

    Hi @stefanogger, your experience sounds a lot like this bug which has been filed under the Gutenberg plugin:
    https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/12532

    Do you happen to know whether your web server is IIS?

    Hi Brandon @bpayton, yes the Gutemberg issue sounds quite the same but I have no Gutemberg plugin – as far as I know.
    Then I have been browsing with my provider to see if I could find any info about my server being IIS but no, I have no clue.
    Thank you for your help and effort ! At this time I will take the JSON error as part of my indolence, I can upload my lousy pictures after all.
