When customer selects options for variable product and adds it to cart, the page seems to set the defaults to previous selected options, is there way to reset these options after the product has been added to cart.

e.g PROD_A01 has 3 attributes
Attrib_01, options: opt1 opt2 opt3
Attrib_02, options: optA optB optC
Attrib_03, options: ABopt ACopt ADopt

If the customer select opt1, optA, and ABopt and adds it to cart, these values are retained as selection in the option boxes.
