How to Add a simple conditional notice

HI

I have been using this plugin for a while and its been working fab, thank for the great work. We need to be able to display a notice on checkout page, just after billing details, no in put at all, however the notice is bit length and needs an image as well (if possible) I have tried “Heading” field type but was not successful, can you please advice how I can achieve this.
