I noticed that when I am at the page ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rss/
and if try to click on the second page link (in the bottom of the page): ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/tags/rss/page/2/
I am getting to the page ​https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/page/ (which is wrong).

I've reported this upstream in WordPress core: ​https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/46061.

I'm going to close this, as effort will be better spent fixing it upstream.
