    "A reliable software for NPOs! "

    Pros: The software has wide variety of tools in helping NGOs pave their way to their goals. Changes can be easily made and searching for donors is made easier than ever.

    Cons: Customer service should be improved as customer relationship management have been more important than ever. Especially to retain customers and searching time can be improved.

    Overall: Any application with a free version is definitely worth a try and for an NPO it would definitely be a great fit. It has features way more than just donor management. Definitely worth trying!
