Safety Indicators

Pros: Safety Indicators packs a ton of features into a small operating costs. Safety Indicators is so confident, I was not locked into a long-term contract or high setup fees. I was able to convert all of my archaic safety process into digital with higher accountability of action items and incident investigation completion. Transformed our safety program! Customer service is unbelievable. You have a dedicated person to reach out to with issues for no additional charges. Even better is Safety Indicators is not stagnant and constantly rolling out updates and improvements!

Cons: The only con that comes to mind that I encountered is email distribution lists couldn’t exceed 50 people. I created work arounds with outlook distribution lists, but very minor compared to the value you are receiving.

Overall: Just for reference, I am a CSP with 12 years of experience that has utilized many of the big box systems at enterprise levels and have not had near as much support as Safety Indicators has provided for no additional charges than the monthly subscription. Highly recommended for small to medium sized businesses that can’t afford 40k/year subscriptions.

Pros: Not only did Safety Indicators have everything I was looking for and more, the people are so helpful. I have had emergencies and been able to get 1 on1 help later that day or the next. I should add the issue I have had are not from the software but on my end.

Cons: I would be stretching a situation if I had to write a con really because all my issues have been from not knowing the system in the early stages.

Overall: I created the safety program for my company and we are growing rapidly so it was time for a safety management system. I performed a trial on 9 similar systems and Safety Indicators was easily the hands down choice. That's before I started working with the implementation team. I sometimes feel like I am their only customer by the level of timely help I have received from start up.
