Hi There,
I want to add a option in user profile to upload docs using front end custom form, is there any way to do this, and upload docs must be selected in that particular field.

Hi there! This is technically possible but you will need to add some custom code to make it happen. This can mean code that you write or code that is provided by a third-party plugin/theme.
