    Can’t view all content in a tab – won’t scroll down enough to view all content in a tab with a lot of content. I can view the content if I press F11 on the keyboard and it continues to work for that tab even if I press F11 again to get out of fullscreen mode. Once I leave a product and go to another product the problem happens again.

    I use the latest Avada theme – it works great except for this problem on several Woocommerce sites that I have. Same problem with other themes.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @gerrybakker,

    Looking at the page you provided a link to, it does look like a theme issue in that particular case. The Avada theme looks to be using the Nicescroll jQuery plugin which doesn’t account for custom tabs with varying content right away.

    However, you will see that as soon as you resize the browser window, you’re able to scroll down enough to view all of the content (as well as the footer) again.

    I would check to see if you can disable “nicescroll” in your theme as a possible solution to this issue.

    Thank you!

    @gerrybakker,

    Sorry to see you’re having issues with your theme! After taking a look at it I can’t say for certain what wrong but theres most definitely and issue. I noticed that when the page loads there are some strange flashes of content and then once you scroll the larger tabs you eventually hit a wall.

    Here’s my theory: I noticed that you had a button on the bottom right hand side of that page that allows you to scroll back up. Is that by chance something you can turn off? I would check to see if that was causing the issues.

    If that wasn’t the issue, I would deactivate your plugins one at a time and see if you can spot the trouble causer.

    Cheers,
    Freddie

    I was able to fix the problem by disabling Avada’s “Smooth Scrolling”

    Smooth Scrolling
    Turn on to enable smooth scrolling. This will replace default browser scrollbar with a dark scrollbar.

    I found a hint about this in another blog – https://theme-fusion.com/forums/topic/scrolling-down-not-possible-since-last-update/
