Classic Editor does not work when Jquery Migrate 1.12.4 is disabled. The visual part of the editor appears empty even though there should be text in there. Also seeing errors in the console ” Uncaught TypeError: this._addClass is not a function in jquery.min.js
Also, because we are using jquery v1.12.4, there are certain css caching issues on our site. All CSS changes work when logged in and only about 90% work when not logged in. Disabling Jquery Migrate 1.12.4 fixes the issue, but then Classic Editor breaks.
