* 방법: 설정 → 애플리케이션(앱정보) → play 스토어 → 저장공간 → 데이터 삭제

1. 민원여기요
- 자격득실확인서, 보험료 납부확인서 등 증명서 5종을 제출기관에 팩스로 보낼 수 있습니다.
- 보험료 조회·납부, 환급금 조회·신청, 진료받은 내용 보기 등의 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.

2. 건강iN
- 나와 가족(영유아)의 건강검진, 진료 및 투약내역 등의 정보를 확인할 수 있습니다.
- 건강검진 결과를 기반으로 건강나이 및 질병발생 위험을 예측할 수 있습니다.
- 국민건강 알람서비스로 주요 질환(8종)의 지역별 위험도를 미리 파악할 수 있습니다.
- 혈압, 혈당 등을 직접 기록하거나 기기연동으로 꾸준히 건강을 관리할 수 있습니다.

3. 장기요양보험
- 장기요양 인정신청, 등급판정결과, 재가급여 서비스 이용 내역 확인 등 다양한 장기요양 민원서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.

4. 고객센터
- 문의, 불편사항을 해결할 수 있도록 상담 글 등록, 채팅상담, 청각·언어 장애인을 위한 수어 상담 서비스를 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 국민 중심의 공단을 만들어가기 위하여 국민제안, 국민토론방을 운영하고 있습니다.
- 국민건강보험의 효율적인 예산 운용 및 절감을 위한 신고/제안 및 부당 청구한 요양기관·장기요양기관을 신고할 수 있습니다.

5. 기타
- 공동, 금융, 민간, 건강보험 인증서 등 8종의 다양한 인증 방식으로 로그인하여 이용할 수 있습니다.
- 주요 질환별 지역별 위험도를 알려주는 건강알람정보를 위젯으로 설정할 수 있습니다.
- 제증명서 발급화면으로 바로갈 수 있는 퀵액션 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.


앱 접근 권한 안내
[필수]
- 저장공간: 사진, 미디어, 파일 접근 권한으로 인증서를 보관하고 보안강화를 위한 OS변조 여부 체크에 사용합니다.

[선택]
- 위치: 병의원 찾기, 지사 찾기 등 주변 정보 검색 시 사용합니다.
- 마이크: 수어상담 연결, 음성검색을 위해 사용합니다.
- 카메라: 수어상담 연결을 위해 사용합니다.
- 블루투스: 혈압, 혈당, 걸음 수 데이터를 등록하기 위해 사용합니다.


[참고사항]
안드로이드 6.0 미만 버전의 스마트폰을 이용하는 경우는 The건강보험 모바일앱의 선택적 접근 권한에 대해 사용자가 선택적으로 동의할 수 없는 문제가 있습니다.(설치 시 동의로 간주) 따라서 가능하다면 사용자분들의 스마트폰 내에 소프트웨어 업데이트 기능을 이용하여 스마트폰 운영체계를 안드로이드 6.0 이상으로 업그레이드하는 것이 좋습니다. 또한, 운영체제가 업그레이드 되더라도 기존 앱에서 동의한 접근 권한이 바뀌지는 않기 때문에 접근 권한을 다시 설정하기 위해서는 이미 설치한 앱을 삭제한 후 재설치해야 합니다.

2. Health iN
- You can check information such as health checkup, treatment, and medication history of you and your family (infants).
- You can predict your health age and disease risk based on the results of your health checkup.
- The national health alarm service allows you to understand the regional risk of major diseases (8 types) in advance.
- You can directly record blood pressure, blood sugar, etc. or manage your health steadily by linking the device.

3. Long-term care insurance
- You can use a variety of long-term care civil service such as application for long-term care accreditation, grade determination result, and confirmation of home benefit service usage history.

4. Customer Center
- In order to resolve inquiries and complaints, you can register for consultation articles, chat consultation, and sign language consultation services for the hearing and speech impaired.
- In order to create a people-centered industrial complex, we are operating a people's proposal and a people's discussion room.
- Reports/suggestions for efficient budget management and reduction of the National Health Insurance and medical institutions/long-term care institutions that have made unreasonable claims can be reported.

5. Others
- You can log in and use 8 different authentication methods, including joint, financial, private, and health insurance certificates.
- You can set up health alarm information that informs you of regional risk for each major disease as a widget.
- You can use the quick action function to go directly to the certificate issuance screen.


App access permission guide
[essential]
-Storage space: Stores certificates with photo, media, and file access rights and is used to check whether the OS has been tampered with to enhance security.

[select]
-Location: Used to search for nearby information, such as finding a hospital or branch.
- Microphone: Used for sign language counseling connection and voice search.
- Camera: Used to connect sign language counseling.
- Bluetooth: Used to register blood pressure, blood sugar, and step count data.


[Note]
If you are using a smartphone with Android 6.0 or lower version, there is a problem that the user cannot selectively consent to the selective access right of The Health Insurance mobile app (considered consent during installation). It is recommended to upgrade the smartphone operating system to Android 6.0 or higher using the software update function. In addition, even if the operating system is upgraded, the access rights agreed to by the existing apps do not change, so in order to reset the access rights, you must delete and reinstall the already installed app.
