Sell

Zoom sales partners are trusted advisors who can build a long-term business by delivering Zoom solutions to their customers.

ResellIn the Zoom Reseller Program, select partners can address their customers’ needs by reselling Zoom’s core offerings. As a reseller, partners work closely with the Zoom sales teams to deliver a customized solution that they bill and invoice to the customer. This program is available to select partners only and requires a business review for acceptance.

ReferIn the Zoom Referral Program, partners can simplify their sales cycle by generating qualified leads and co-selling with Zoom sales teams to deliver Zoom’s video-first unified communications platform to customers.

Partners may join as a sub-agent through one of Zoom’s Authorized Master Agents or join the standard referral program by applying below.

Investor AlliancesZoom’s Investor Alliance program is designed to enable venture capital, private equity, and other investment organizations a means to offer preferred pricing to their portfolio companies. Zoom works proactively with Investor Alliances partners to deliver a superior client experience.

Deliver

In the Zoom Certified Integrator Program, partners can become certified to deliver video collaboration and voice services offerings to their customers.

This program includes systems integrators and consultants specializing in voice, video collaboration, and A/V technology.

Manufacture

Hardware

In the Zoom Hardware Certification Program, partners create a broad ecosystem of products that are certified to work with Zoom, giving customers more reliable solutions that provide a seamless communications experience.

Integrate

ISV

The Zoom platform offers multiple ways to integrate and extend your application as well as offer Zoom to your users through a combined value-added offering. In the ISV Program, partners receive commercial and technical tools to integrate and/or build Zoom into their applications and offerings. Select partners that have built and successfully submitted an approved Zoom App Marketplace integration (i.e. third party service connector app, in-product Zoom Apps, Zoom Phone, chatbots, etc.) can qualify to engage with our business development teams to extend the reach and scale of your solution to the market.

Develop

The Zoom Developer Platform offers solutions that enable third party developers and service providers including ISVs and partners to build applications and integrations upon Zoom’s industry leading video-first unified communications platform. Leverage APIs, webhooks and SDKs to:

  • Build public apps
  • Private custom applications & innovative tools
  • Enrich Zoom experiences & interactions
  • Extend the value of the Zoom platform

Carrier/Service Provider

The Zoom Carrier Program offers global service providers the opportunity to partner with Zoom to deliver an integrated collaboration platform. Partners who enter the Carrier Program invest in automation, voice/network integration, and lifecycle support to provide a holistic solution to their customers.

Strategic Alliances

The Zoom Alliance program is built with our most strategic partners in mind. Alliance partners are industry, vertical segment, and/or category leaders who, in collaboration with Zoom, deliver an improved user experience and/or unique commercial opportunity.
