The Denver and Chicago FRS’s have been approved for phase 1 reopening which will begin on March 8th.

Due to the winter storm hitting several areas across the country the Valmeyer FRC will be closed today, Tuesday Feb 16th, the Archives drive facility will have a delayed opening until noon. During the afternoon shift the facility will be in an unscheduled telework/ leave status.

Due to the snow storm scheduled to hit New England this evening, both Waltham and the Pittsfield facilities will be closed on Thursday December 17th, 2020. More information as available.

The Philadelphia FRC on Townsend rd remains without power and phone service. PECO is targeting Saturday June 6 to restore power.

WNRC is under a planned power outage this morning for routine maintenance on critical equipment. The restoration of power is planned for 2pm today. More information as available.

Due to severe storms overnight, Townsend Rd has experienced a power outage. Estimated restoration of services is 11:00pm on June 6th. The servers and phones are also down due to the outage. More information as available.

The best way for you to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 is to practice good health habits such as frequent hand washing, stay home from work and seek medical treatment if you are feeling ill, clean and disinfect frequently touched surfaces and objects.

Employees who require access to the building must coordinate with their supervisor before coming in. NARA is taking these actions to protect our staff and support the public health agencies that are working to limit the spread of COVID-19.

Including time & attendance reporting, receiving a new laptop, picking up additional assignments or hard copy materials to continue telework. Staff are not permitted to report to the building to perform normal functions or activities for a full work day unless directed to do so.

Access is restricted to essential functions or purposes, and visits must be limited to the minimum amount of time necessary to accomplish essential tasks. Staff are permitted to return to the building and may be recalled for a variety of reasons.

We are taking these actions to protect staff from the potential spread of COVID-19 while maintaining mission-essential functions. Until further notice, the College Park facility may be accessed by staff on a limited basis.
