Sappy post incoming: Ever since I started journaling in 1 & 1/2 years ago, I’ve regularly written about my relationship with Rachel. To celebrate 18 months, I’ve ordered her a hardcover copy of all the memories I’ve written and photographed of us.

Celebrating 10 years of (mostly) daily journaling! The consensus seems to be that this is a very useful habit. After 5 years, I still recommend the ⁦⁩ journaling app, for those who fancy electronic journals.

Keep your journal private from wandering eyes! 👀 There is an option to conceal entry content on the Timeline and multi-entry views.

I would like to share one of my favorite journals. It’s called Beautiful Moments and it’s all about the moments when I feel content, calm and I feel joy. Includes moments of my meditations, reading, relationship anniversaries, mindful walks, convos with friends…

✍️ 8. Since 2014, this has been my journaling app of choice. It's amazing because it's beautifully designed and syncs across all my devices. Plus it's really nice looking back through the journal and reading your thoughts/feelings.

I use and it pops up a reminder every day of my entries from that day over the past years. It's eye-opening to read my past journal entries from years past. I can see valuable lessons, progress and remember what I have done/seen. I highly recommend journaling.

Constant source of joy: ’s “On this Day” feature which offers up memories from years past. I’m looking forward to these every day and it’s a great motivator to journal about all the big (and small) things that matter to me on any given day. Thanks for this, Day One!
