We’re sorry to hear that something’s not working with your game. First things first – try restarting the game (switching it off, then on again). Did that work? If not, delete and reinstall the game. Don’t worry about losing your progress. It is automatically saved with your iCloud account.

Good question! The game uses your iCloud account to save your progress. You can do a factory reset or transfer the game progress to another device without any trouble.

There are two types of ads in the game – those that you choose to watch, and those that are automatically triggered. You can permanently stop the automatically-triggered ads from showing by making any in-app purchase in the game. To make a purchase, just open the store in your game and select the item you want to buy. Once the purchase is processed, automatically-triggered ads will not be shown anymore. However, you will still have the option to watch videos ads.

Open the game, tap the shopping cart on the top left corner of the screen, and go shopping! Select the item(s) you want to buy and head through to your app store to make the payment. The item(s) will be added to your game account once you’ve made the purchase.

Each character has five different skills, all of which can be improved and leveled up by doing activities. Different activities improve different skills. Each skill has three levels, represented by the number of stars displayed on the blackboard. Each time you earn a new star, you get a reward.

Bus tokens are a currency that’s used in the game. You need them to take the characters on a bus trip into town, where you can get special rewards. You can earn bus tokens by fulfilling the characters’ needs and wishes, playing mini-games, or improving their skills. You can also get them in the in-game shop, by exchanging coins for them.

Coins are a currency that’s used in the game. You need them to buy food and props used inside the game. You can earn coins by opening gift bags in town or by leveling up a skill. Sometimes you can get coins in the daily calendar. If you want more, you can always head over to the in-game shop and purchase more coins for quicker progress.

The goal of the game is to take care of the characters’ needs, tend to their wishes, and give them incredible lives. You can even advance their skills. The characters will express their needs and wishes in thought bubbles above their heads. If you help them with these activities, you’ll get customization rewards and currencies, which can be used to travel to town to pick up new items, or spent on consumables such as food, toy upgrades, etc.

You can move through the house by scrolling horizontally. Characters can be assigned to activities by dragging and dropping them onto desired items or furniture. You can play games tied to activities by pressing the gamepad icon when a character is using an item. To select a different character, you can tap on the character or select him/her at the bottom right corner of the screen.

To access the mini-games, all you need to do is click on the game console in the living room area.

Your iCloud account makes this really easy. Check that you’re using the same iCloud account on your old and new device. If you are, all you need to do is download the game on your new device. You will receive a notification to restore your old progress. Just click on it and start playing.

The good news is that the game is compatible with iOS OS 9.0 or later.
