Roof FixThey kept me informed of all the steps and notified me one week before that materials were in and I needed to move the car out of the driveway. Theu gave me a firm price of what I owed and that I would not owe anymore (even if they did not get the remaining balance from the insurance company). They arrived on time, removed/replaced the roof, major cleanup done and I am very pleased. Firefighter RoofingJeremy Edgar was great. We had issues with our insurance company and roof/damage claim from the very start. The insurance company sent out a non-certified roof inspector who claimed we didn't have much damage and didn't need a new roof. Jeremy had provided information and knew we needed a new roof - our house was for sale and it did not pass inspection. He advised to ask for a certified roof inspector. The Insurance company sent one out and sure enough, that inspector said we did need a new roof, gutters, etc. Jeremy worked with our insurance company and provided documentation which ensured everything that needed work was going to be covered in the claim. He was there every step of the way to make sure the work was completed on time and we were able to close on the sale of house on schedule. That wouldn't have happened without Jeremy pushing things through every step of the way. He went above and beyond in my opinion and we were very grateful for his hard work and dedication to the job. GB ContractingCameron, Daniel, and Santos did an excellent job adding 2000 sf to our home. It was a complicated project that they thoughtfully planned and achieved. Mid Cities Roofing IncMid Cities did well. Their quoted price was much less than other roofers, and they stuck to their quote. The work involved removing the old shingles, removing the old paper, and installing new the barrier and shingles, plus the valleys. Used 30 years Owen-Corning shingles, which come with a limited lifetime warranty. The team arrived at 7am and finished at 130pm, roofing a one story ~2,100 square foot house with attached garage.- Scott F.

I appreciate the personal care when they explain what’s going on, they give me options, take pictures so I can see and understand the issue. It was amazing. This company was out with in a couple of days. Dud the work on Saturday. I had rotted wood siding and after they fixed it you could not tell the difference and where the rotted wood was and the new wood started. When he left he couldn’t tell he had been here cleaned everything up and hauled all of the rotted wood away I will definitely hire this company again very nice people very professional and the price was right thank y’all again

We took three bids and decided to take a fourth bid from Roeslers Roofing and Remodeling. We called on a Saturday and talked with the president of the company. He said he could have someone on Monday for an estimate. Price was very important, and Roeslers Roofing worked with us to get a very competitive price. We finalized discussions that Wednesday. Generally the crew would have started at 9:00 AM, but at our tenants' request, this was moved out to 10:00. I arrived on site at 10:00 and the crew was ready to go. The job completed earlier than estimated, and we are completely satisfied with Roeslers Roofing. Would recommend and use again because of the professionalism of the president and all crew.

Very nice on the phone and requested insurance claim estimate to be forwarded so that they could be prepared when they came out. Unfortunately, I afterward got told that they would not be able to do my home due to steep pitch. I found that unusual as my roof is no steeper than many around SA and the roof has been installed twice in 15 years..this will be the 3rd time. If that really is a limiting factor for this company, I would recommend that they post this information so that it would save everyone time. It does make me wonder about the reason as I have never had anyone walk away from a roof estimate on this home....and several have been done.
