Mickey and his team took our small 1960s kitchen with very limited storage space/living room and redesigned a beautiful and efficient kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a modern open floor plan. Throughout the process, Mickey saved us money and time where he could by advising options on materials/parts and solving unexpected problems that came up along the way. You can trust Mickey and his team to get the project done right. His crews was not only professional, but they also respected the work site and our privacy. While the remodel was going on, we had multiple neighbors compliment on not only the progress, but how clean and neat the work site stayed. Construction MastersHome remodeling is always difficult territory. You want it done right. We worried about finding someone who would make our vision possible. Moshe made all our worries and fears disappear. He is an incredible general contractor with great knowledge of what needs to be done. Not only on the construction side, but also on the design side as well. He was able to start our project earlier than expected and finish before the deadline. We had multiple projects we wanted to complete, it made sense to go with a general contractor, so we did not have to deal with multiple workers/people getting in each other’s way. Everything ran smoothly through Moshe's direction. He was patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about what needed to get done and how it needed to be done. We had new ADU built from scratch. A kitchen remodel in the main house, recessed lighting put into the living room and rec room, fireplace tore out and redone, new shelving and cabinets installed in the living room and rec room. We also had a washer/dryer moved from one location to another. If we need future work done to our house, I will hire Moshe back in a heartbeat. Hands down, best decision in hiring Moshe for our construction projects.- Marla K.

We were given a fair price for our remodel and the quality of work was excellent. Everyone we worked with was polite, courteous and professional. Any minor issues that came up were addressed promptly and correctly. Our bathroom looks a million times better is a lot more functional. Bravo to David, our General Contractor, and his crew! Around The Clock Heating & Air Conditioning IncIt went very well. The technician, Oleg, was on time, fully masked and following safety protocols. He quickly diagnosed problem, replaced the part not working, and cleaned out dryer vents of accumulated lint. The price was fair and dryer now working fine. David was extremely professional throughout the entire process. From the initial call and consultation we tossed ideas back and forth, his vision was exactly what I was looking for. He promptly sent images of ideas and websites for me to review and even though we didn't exactly meet at times he was flexible to accept my idea and in the end we came up with something I am very proud of! To be honest...there where issues, but not with him! He came through and directed his team to fix not only things I found, but even things that did not fit his image of perfection....he never flinched, his quality was excellent and did not let his team fall behind! C R Appliance was the 2nd company I hired to look at my fridge. The first company came and diagnosed that I needed a new condenser. Their price to change the condenser seemed high so I asked C R Appliance to quote me a price. Their price was half of the 1st company's price so I accepted. When the tech came, he found that my condenser was not the problem and that the board controlling the condenser had burnt out. He said that if I had changed the condenser I would've still had a broken refrigerator and I would've had to further pay for a new board. He also said that my condenser was very high quality and that a new condenser would've probably been of lower quality. I would highly recommend C R Appliance based on my experience with them.

Repairman arrived. Performed diagnostics. Determined what he thought was the defective part. A pump motor. The same repairman returned a few days later and replaced washing machine pump motor. There after during the first wash, the machine made unfamiliar loud, noises. Additionally, the wash cycle were much longer than usual. Called Trinity and they had the repairman return. He ran a few short diags and left. Soon after the machine’s operation became worse, especially loud noises and extremely long wash cycles. Called Trinity and they scheduled another repair person. This person was difficult to understand. I understood him to say he would return and perform more troubleshooting. Now is time to cut my losses and ask Trinity not to return.

Mike was the ideal repairman. He called to let me know he was on his way, he was on-time, and professional. One of the burners of my stove top was not firing properly, and discovered heavy corrosion when he cleaned the head to diagnose the problem. Unfortunately it needs to be replaced, and this is where he went above and beyond. Since it's an older model from 2003, parts were not readily available. Mike called multiple suppliers and the manufacturer to search for the part, and although it's no longer produced and unavailable, he circled back to let me know what he learned each of them. Most people would have stopped after calling one supplier. Given this level of accountability and effort, Mr West is now my go-to with my appliance repairs.
