He really knows my yard and is incredibly reasonable. He's always on time. If I forget to leave a check because of work, he doesn't worry about it. He knows that I will send it to him. He doesn't try to push for anything or say "I can't work on the yard unless she pays me".

Perfect. Ramon Rosas and his team were punctual and professional. The work was done in a single day, as per our agreement, and included clean up of the site. They left our previously weed-tangled property looking a thousand times better.

Two men showed up on time and got to work. They cleared, trimmed and cleaned the yard. They filled our green waste container and their small trailer with trimmings.

Pete and crew came by a couple of weeks ago to do some much-needed yard clean-up. They were friendly, professional, and made our yard look a lot less derelict! We will definitely use them again.

Called saying that other customers were cancelling appointments due to rain so they could come early. Maybe because they therefore had extra room in the truck, they took more than what I thought I paid for. Also assessed the possibility of scheduled visits for yard waste and clearing parts of the land. Great experience.

This company was very prompt and professional. They made it to the scheduled appointment for the bid and came back on time to do the work. They did a professional job and didn't waste time talking on the phone or anything. They got the job done, cleaned up and got out of there.

They have been here twice and they are very professional, thorough and efficient. Rosa is very good at what she does and she communicates well.

Quite well. The two workers arrived on time, quickly determined what I wanted and set to work. They quickly tackled the four bush stumps that needed to be removed, then went after the trimming, filling yard waste bins as they went. They were able to remove a small palm tree that needed to go, raked and blew off the accumulated fall leaves, all in a short time. They were so quick that I even had time for them to remove a couple of other bushes that were needing to go. We were lucky to schedule the work on the same day as the weekly yard-waste pickup - they filled the bins before the pickup (we are actually in Campbell, which uses bins), then again afterwards. There was a lot to go out! At the end of the four-hour period, the yard looked amazingly clean and ready for our next projects, the yard waste bins were full, and I was quite happy! I was quite impressed with their work, and will be using them again when I need more yard work. I would gladly recommend their services to others!

I needed to take care of a massive bi-annual backyard clean up. I called Julio for an estimate and he was over at my place in 30 minutes. Gave me a great quote and we scheduled for the work to be done the following week.Julio called me later that day as he had a sooner opening which I gladly took.He and his crew did a great job, made the yard look awesome and were very pleasant. I will definitely use Julio again!

Isidro does most of my neighbor s lawns as well. He is extremely punctual, very friendly and does a really nice job of cutting and cleaning up the lawn. We love the price that he has given us to do the work, too.

Jose arrived on time to provide his estimate. He carefully wrote down each item we wanted along with details we requested. We accepted his estimate and agreed on the date and time of the work. On the agreed upon day, Jose was punctual, accomplished the work we had agreed upon in a very satisfactory manner, and cleaned up and disposed of the yard waste as prearranged. I will contact Jose again for our future needs, and recommend his services to others.

The guys are quick and efficient and keep my yard the best one on the block. They also pull the heavy yard waste bin out for pick up.

Aly's team showed up on time, did the work very well, cleaned up the yard (should take before and after pix). Rosa's fit in so much more work into their time than I thought possible. Before they came, our front and back yards were totally overgrown and full of weeds. I purchased a package for 8 hours of work (or 4 hours with two people). I expected that they'd only be able to get to the front yard because of the condition of our yards. When Rosa arrived, she was a delightful, cheerful woman. Under general instruction from my husband, her team worked some magic. When I came home, both our front and back yards looked like new yards! All the weeds were gone (we had a TON of tall weeds with deep roots and other, smaller weeds overtaking most of our yard), the shrubs were nicely trimmed, our lawn mowed. They somehow were able to get all the weeds around our garden beds and flowers without damaging them. Our yards look fantastic. We had a lot of yard waste at the end, and they offered to haul it away at an extra charge, which we accepted. (It was much less than the cost + aggravation of doing it ourselves). I will definitely use them again in the future.

communication with Gloria/Rosa was very good. though it was unclear how many man-hour my service included nor how the remaining hour after the 1st service could be used. I have a rather small and easy-to-clear yard so I didn't need all 8 man-hour at once. The availability was limited so I couldn't get my 1st cleaning schedule weeks after my purchase. The first service only consumed 50% of my purchase. The hours used wasn't clearly documented. Gloria/Rosa helped me schedule the 2nd service yet it's long after I have hired another yard cleaning service. I appreciate Gloria/Rosa's help to nevigate thru the system yet the 2nd cleaning was sort of a waste for me since i already have my weekly cleaning scheduled and there was not much in between my weekly cleaning to be serviced.

Jacob and his crew are very responsive to my lawn and garden needs. They always come around the same time each week to mow the lawn and edge and trim bushes and plants that need trimming. They check and fix leaks when I notice a problem. They fix or add or change the drip irrigation when I ask . Jacob blessing, the owner answers me promptly when I call or e-mail him about something and his workers are friendly and responsive too. Once a rock flew up accidentally and cracked a window when they were edging. Mr. Blessing responded immediately. Informed his people and told me he would take care of it, I got my window people out to give an estimate,since it was a custom window. He made good on his promise. His guys felt really bad about it too and try to avoid that. But apparently this is a hazard of the business. So Jacob is prepared. He is very good at communication. Much better than previous lawn and garden businesses. He Speaks English, which is a big help. He uses quality equipment and knows his stuff . He explains what he has to do. We've had others just put cheap stuff in that went bad quickly.when we had to cut back because of money, He worked with us. I am very satisfied. He is more organic and natural. So if weeds start showing up, you have to decide how you want to deal with it. He's not into pesticides. So if young want that , he may not be your person. You can ask him.

Andy arrived on time and from what I could tell, did an okay job. I had to leave for work before he was finished. I felt the price for the haul away was a bit steep and was pretty ticked to come home to find the jasmine bush nicely piled in my back yard. Apparently, my telling him that he could use my yard waste bin left him thinking that I was married to the idea of composting. I'm still now, weeks later, cramming bits of the pile into my yard waste bin. I'm upset because I was paying him to go to the dump for me anyway. He did however, clean up a less aggressive bush on the other side of my porch without my asking and without charging me extra. I would probably use him again, but plan to shop around for someone a bit less expensive before I need the gutter cleaning again next year.

I got a referral from my neighbor. He does a great job. He is great. He is on time; he is usually there by 8 AM every morning. He cleans up after himself. He is very meticulous and very good at what he does. With regard to price, I haven't compared prices.
