I am a 79-year-old senior citizen I had the privilege of meeting Jacob the owner what do you says I need a new door it will be $1800 plus taxes I told him I do not have that kind of money he became very upset to the point it scared me then he came back saying he could fix the door by replacing the rollers for $12 a piece plus labor it was over $800 I told him I would think about it after doing my homework found found A honest reliable company to put a brand new door in for the price he was going to fix my door for this company preys on the elderly Jacob should be in jail Please don’t have any business doing with this company

They came and took pictures, measurements ect. on July 12 2021, after calls and texts, follow up- I got no response. Today, nearly a month later, after I questioned if this man actually worked for this company and tried to correspond with this company did I get a response that they were not interested... which I found peculiar since they spent so much time in my home. I would absolutely use caution if asking these folks into your home.

There level of service is horrible. Do you know of any company that destroys your property and refuses to own up to the responsibility? Do you know a company that fails to return messages to their insurance company and the attorney general’s office? Do you know a company that abuses its authority, being criminal-minded by overcharging for services not rendered? Do you know a company that steals your degree and damages your furniture? Do you know a company whose management and their employees work together to scam their customers? I will say this, “If you want your furniture to be moved from point A to B, damaged, you the customer, to be overcharged, and your personal items to be stolen, then this is the moving company for you.” In a nutshell, everything I described happened to me by this company TikTok Moving Inc. managed by Ricki Sharma. Ricki Sharma’s goal is to get the money and he cares less about the best practices when it comes to his company’s level of service. Any star over two is questionable.

He responded quickly and set up a time to come over to meet us and our house. He didn’t know it at the time, but it was already his “job to lose”. He did not disappoint and only confirmed what we believed was a company that took pride in their work and used high quality materials that would stand up to the test of time in our harsh New England weather. He checked in with us from time to time as our project’s start date approached and covered seemingly all possible details with the focused objective of ensuring we would be satisfied with the result. We couldn’t be more delighted with how he and his team transformed our house! It did sincerely feel like we were doing business with the Sensible Home Products Family. I don’t know how he does it frankly, but whenever we had a question, Jeremy was always responsive and ensured every detail was addressed. Sensible Home ProductsI knew when the man dropping off our dumpster at the beginning of our project said “just wait until you see what Jeremy does with this house. It is going to look amazing. You’re not going to believe it,” that we chose the right guy. The DELIVERY man. This sentiment, that no one will do a better job than Jeremy, echoed throughout the process with every trade that was involved, from the roofers to the man installing our new garage doors. He took our home, which was nice but dated, and turned it into something that we are in awe of. Every time my husband and I pull up in the driveway we have an ‘I can’t believe this is our house’ moment. Before it was even completed we had neighbors stopping us while we walked our dogs to tell us how beautiful the house was turning out and asking for his information. Jeremy went above and beyond on our behalf with our insurance company, getting us the full and proper replacement value for the damage to our home after a tree fell during a storm. He misses nothing, and I mean nothing! His attention to detail is exceptional and he communicated with us about every minute detail throughout the renovation process. He was always available, day or night, and would take the time needed to make sure that our questions were answered and our needs were met. The workers showed up on time and always exactly when he said they would, a detail my husband especially appreciated. Jeremy is the consummate professional and his work, his skill, his vision, and his product are unparalleled in the market and you would be hard pressed to find any contractor that would do a better job. Gibson Cellar Door and WindowI am exceptionally happy with the work of Gibson Cellar Door and Window. I had a new hatchway door, basement door, and basement windows installed. I was quite please that they agreed to install the glass block windows that I wanted - other companies wouldn't. Unfortunately there were delays caused by COVID, but they installed the windows and hatchway door while waiting for the interior basement door to be delivered. Once the interior door arrived, it was installed even after the snowstorm the night before - I was expecting them to reschedule. They went above and beyond to get the interior door install, and did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.- Rita B.
