They replaced the toilet and were very patient with my indecision over what brand toilet I wanted. Price was reasonable and the new toilet works great.

Went really well. The installer showed up and only had one of the two toilets. He called Mike who then immediately drove another toilet to our location to be installed. Since it was a deal, I was worried they would install a low quality toilet to improve their profit. Instead, they installed Toto toilets which are known as one of the highest quality toilets on the market. Price was good too as most places I called wanted $300 just to install a toilet. Deal price was $450 including the toilet, installation, and haul away of the old toilet.

The service technician arrived at 8:15 AM, attempted to unclog toilet found roots between bees wax ring and flange. Toilet still clogged. Took toilet outside still unable to unclog. Since old toilet could not be unclogged we decided to purchase a new low flow toilet which Joseph Caron, the service technician, picked up from the hardware store ,delivered, installed and took away old toilet. He departed at 10:55. The new toilet works great. Joseph informed us that the local water company offered rebates to customers replacing old toilets with new low flow toilets for which we have applied.

A leaking toilet was replaced. The house call for an estimate of work to be done was $59.50. This fee was waived in the total cost of $692.83 for the installation of a new Kohler toilet. The plumber, Hector, had given me several options, including trying to repair the old toilet, as well as replacing with several different models. I decided to replace this older toilet (I believe it was as old as the house - 45 years). The work to install the new toilet was done efficiently and neatly to my total satisfaction. A one year warranty of the toilet and labor was included in the total cost. I would highly recommend the services of this plumbing company.

O had a toilet that was clogged and I was unable to get it cleared with The equipment i had on hand. The workers arrived on time and the toilet was snakes out and quickly fixed.

Jason clearly knows his profession. When snaking did not clear the blockage, he took the toilet off the floor and saw the blockage was not in the sewer, so it must be in the toilet P-trap. Repeated attempts at scraping out the calcified blockage did nothing. So, replace the toilet. He found the iron ring on the sewer pipe was so corroded as to be useless. Jason went out and got a new toilet with all the necessary needed extras. Installed the toilet and it flushes wonderfully. Cleaned up his mess and took all the trash with him.

After snaking the toilet he used a prong which latched onto a silver paper which had become lodged. Even tho I have a low flush toilet he advised flushing each time the toilet is used.

Really well. Except for the dispatcher estimating the time of the service visit too early, Nick came and removed the original toilet and installed the new one and installed our existing Toto washlet seat onto the new toilet from the old toilet. He was quick, quiet, tidy and professional. When I asked him about removing our existing toilet. He called his main office to inquire and then promptly removed the old toilet to his van and took it away for us. Very pleasant and efficient service. Would be glad to work with them again.

My toilet had been leaking for quite a long time, unnoticed by me until mold formed in the floor grout and the tile next to the toilet rose. The plumber removed the toilet and a deteriorated wax ring. He said the contractor who set the toilet should have used two wax rings, one of them with a rubber flange to give the toilet a proper seal. He did the job quickly, leaving no mess for me to clean up, and was very good about explaining what had happened and how to fix the problem. I was relieved that the job didn't cost me a lot more. I would definitely Quick Plumbing again.

Came late on first afternoon and we decided it would be better to do the work the following day. He returned the following day, removed the old toilet, installed the new toilet; which we had as part of an upcoming remodel of a bathroom, took away the old toilet, took away the carton from the new toilet, wrote up the bill, gave us a 10% discount, we paid him by check and immediately used the new toioet.

I purchased the toilet from a local merchant, he referred me to Gingerelli's for the work. I called and my call was returned promptly. I got a price quote, an estimate for the time, etc.. Purchased toilet on Friday.Gingerelli's picked up the toilet from the dealer and installed it the next Weds, the first day that worked for both the contractor and myself.. They worked quickly, professionally, taking care to clean the area during the process. They removed the old toilet. Put in the new one. I will definitely use them again.

Sam arrived. He covered his shoes to protect the hardwood floors; we discussed the job. His two helpers came with the toilet. They removed the old toilet protecting both the tile floor and hardwood floors. I appreciated the care they took to completely keep water and dirt from the floors. After the old toilet was removed, Sam cleaned the dirty floor where the toilet had sat. He used a much thicker wax seal than the one provided by General Plumbing. And he installed a new water line. The new toilet is working great. I appreciated Sam's knowledge and professionalism. I definitely will call him again.
