I want to say a big thank you to Plumbtree plumbing and rooter. I had a drain backup and called another plumbing company, who came out and cleared my drain, but 2 days later I was back to square one. Frustrated, to say the least. A friend of mine told me about plumbtree plumbing and rooter and their positive experience with them. So I called. I was impressed to say the least. When Josh, the plumbing technician came to the door, he was very friendly and very courteous. He only entered my home after putting on shoe covering to protect my floors. He assessed the situation and suggested that after he clears the drain that he should camera the line to find out why the backup reacurred. After clearing the drain he camera the line and found that I had a collapse mainline pipe. He was able to uncover the pipeline and repair it. Such a great relief to get to the bottom of my problem and have it repaired in 1 day. I definitely got what I paid for the first time around. Cheap is not always the way to go with plumbing issues. Plumbtree plumbing and rooter was well worth the money. Honest, friendly and caring. They went the extra mile for me. I would highly recommend these guys

Armin and Andres did an outstanding job. They managed to open a stuck brass clean-out cap by cutting it and removing the pieces, then replacing it with a new plastic one. They snaked and opened the plugged drain after having to cut back a bush. They found a suspected offset in the line and recommended a visual inspection. They managed to do all this in a very short time. I would gladly recommend them to anyone anytime.

Andrew and Victor were very professional and a delight to work with. We were very impressed with the way they worked inside the house -- they were considerate and remarkably clean. The work involved uninstalling a toilet in order to get at a sewer-line blockage, and they were able to answer all our questions about what to do next and what to watch out for. We would definitely hire this company again.

Dependable was on time and did what they said. It was 2 days befor Christmas and we couldn't use our plumbing because of the roots in the sewer in the street the city was no help, Dependable got it fixed and we enjoyed our holiday!

First of all I was going crazy and did not know what to do it was a Saturday and I was having a big party on Sunday I called Mike Counsil Plumbing & Rooter and they were able to send a tech out the same day and took care of my issue the same day and left me some options to work with I would defiantly use them again

PHILL DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING OUT THE SEWER LINE. IT WAS CLOGGED PRETTY BAD. HE ALSO CLEANED UP THE MESS THAT CAME OUT OF THE SEWER LINE. HE WAS ONE TIME AND PROFESSIONAL.

We kept smelling an awful smell coming from under our house. The plumber said our drain line was leaking in our crawlspace. We found the Water Damage Experts online and Ali came out immediately. He said it was our kitchen line and he could clean it up and get rid of the hazard and the smell within a couple of hours. He also coordinated with the plumber so he could follow up with the repair. We had a minor sewer lateral backup issue on a Friday night. I scheduled Pro Roto to come out early on Saturday. They were on time and very professional. Because the cleanout is in the crawl space accessible from the garage, they hand-pulled the snake out of the drain (rather than putting the machine in reverse) to avoid making a mess in the garage. I really appreciated the care they showed for our home.

We discovered a serious problem with our main sewer line about 3:00 in the afternoon. Called Rolly and he assured us that someone would be there as soon as possible. Checked back with him a few times later in the afternoon for updates on the ETA and he was always very re-assuring and said his guy would be here as soon as he finished his current job. Anthony arrived about 7:30pm and got right to work, quickly diagnosing the problem and starting in on fixing it. He is an exceptional plumber and explained everything along the way, making sure the line was clean all the way to the sewer. Even though it was so late, he even took time to assess some of our other plumbing issues and gave us a lot of good ideas on how to prevent problems in the future. All in all, a very satisfying conclusion to a very bad day.

I called the Concord Roto Rooter office and was given a same-day choice of appointments. The serviceman, Cody Price, arrived punctually, and I showed him where water had backed up into our basement laundry room and bathroom. He diagnosed the problem as being a clogged sewer pipe, something which had not happened to us before. Using our sewer cleanout, he ran a 4" blade 180 feet to the main sewer. The clogs were in the last portion. I could hear the water run freely as Cody freed the clogs. Afterward, Cody tested water in the house to make sure the problem was solved. He did a total cleanup around the outdoor worksite and was careful to wear protective coverings over his shoes whenever he entered the house. Cody was very patient and thorough in explaining the problem and showing me how he corrected the clog. He was extremely professional and courteous. I would definitely call this company again for future drain/sewer/plumbing problems.

I have used Quick Plumbing before with usually good results. So when clogged drains needed cleaning, I called them. Jaime arrived on time. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and cleaned up afterward. He even gave me some tips on cleaning the hard water off my sliding glass doors. Jaime is "my man" and I certainly would use him and Quick Plumbing again!

He spent the time explaning the different methods with pros and cons and dissuaded me to use the most expensive methods. He spent the time finding hidden accesses to the sewage pipes and solved my problem using the cheapest method.

I had a good experience dealing with them. It was a difficult task because they're having problems with it and they stuck it out until they got it done. I was quite happy with it. It took quite a bit longer than I think they probably would have thought but they hang in there but they're kind of expensive and I used them on a weekend.

They had to access the sewer from the roof vent pipe which cost an extra 75. The cleaning was quick. The plumber was kind enough to reinstall the toilet free of charge since I had removed it but the rooting snake could not make all the right able turns to reach the sewer line.

WE USED FIFTEEN DOLLAR ROOTER SEWER and DRAIN SERVICE MANY TIMES, AND WE KEPT USING THEM BECAUSE THEY KEPT COMPLETING THE TASKS SUCCESSFULLY. MOST OF THE JOBS THAT WE USED THEM FOR WERE SIMPLE CLEANING JOBS WHICH ARE VERY CHEAP, AND WE ALSO USED THEM FOR THE MORE EXPENSIVE INSTALLATIONS.

They were very good and very efficient. They found the problem and fixed it. Honestly, I thought it would cost more.

Friday night the toilet in the spare bathroom began overflowing and backing up into the shower. I called Co. Co. Sewer and Drain Saturday morning. Mike came out within the two hour time frame we agreed upon, and in less than 45 minutes the problem was fixed. I had also asked him to look at the sink and tub in the master bath because they were draining slowly. It was late in the day, and he was up against the clock, so did not have time that day, but said he would come back any time in the next week and only charge the add-on price. Kory came out the following Saturday and took care of the sink and tub drains in about 30 minutes. I have used this company for years, and every time I try using a different company I become aware of how good Co. Co. County Sewer and Drain are. Given a choice I would not use anyone else.
