He provided details of the process, arranged to visit the property to prepare an estimate, agreed some changes when I wanted some slightly different things and then got the job done on time even dealing with a power outage for a couple of days in the middle. I couldn't be more pleased with the outcome and look forward to enjoying my "new" kitchen and floors for years to come.

Their work was so great, we kept adding on the list of things we wanted done. After going through an entire remodel with some other terrible contractors, I quickly felt that Built Right was a competent, honest, and well run company. Carlos and his team did an excellent job fixing many of the mistakes our previous contractor made. His guys were also very COVID-safe with our kids still in the house.

We'd strongly recommend Walt for any painting project. Our front door was peeling and the underlying wood was deteriorating. Walt arrived promptly when scheduled, gave us several repair options, including the option to buy a replacement door rather than use his services to repair the existing one. In the end we chose a refinishing option that was less expensive than the original quote. The result is beautiful. Walt's experience, professionalism, attention to detail and obvious concern that we get a good result made this project a pleasure. We will use Walt for future painting and refinishing projects.

I visited their place of business to see the quality of work. I was impressed with this family business and straight forward pricing. They came to my home to write an estimate, which I agreed to. They also gave me the option of refinishing the cabinet bodies after the doors were redone. We set a date to remove the doors which was done promptly and systematically. When they were finished in one week, the doors were rehung and some minor adjustments were made to fix pre-existing problems. They are beautiful, better than they were when I purchased the home 14 years ago.

The Pegasus crew arrived promptly and removed all drawer faces and cabinet doors. They carefully numbered all parts so that the reassembly would go smoothly. They then masked off the bathroom and sanded down all cabinet surfaces to bare wood. The cabinets were stained and a finish coat was applied with pre-selected materials. They were very clean (used an electric sander with a vacuum cleaner attachment so that no dust was left behind). The stain and finish are water-based so there were no noxious fumes. The drawer fronts and cabinet doors were taken to their shop in Santa Clara where the same process was applied. A week later the doors and drawer fronts were re-installed. Again, the crew arrived promptly and very precisely mounted the panels and hardware ensuring that each drawer and door were aligned properly. The bathroom looks like a new bathroom now!

Jose and his team did a great job in refinishing all our wooden cabinets in our ~4000 sq ft house. It was a large job and the Meraz team worked though the weekend for 8 straight days to finish up the job. Jose is really a craftsman and patiently sanded all wooden surfaces, fixed any surface damage and matched the existing stain with multiple lacquer coats to make our ~ 20 year old cabinets look like new at a fraction of the cost of doing a full restain or replacement. He was also kind enough to fix a number of scratches in other furniture around the house. What a really appreciated was that there focus was on getting the job done right vs finishing up as quickly as possible. You simply don't see this level of attention any more. Highly recommend them for any wood or paint jobs. I will be calling them in every few years to keep our wood surfaces looking new vs waiting another 10+ years.

Went real well. Crew arrived on time and all of the pre-work visits from them were on time. Everyone was good to work with. The crew took great care to match colors and did a great job. We got the better, more durable light speed finish on the floors and they could be walked upon immediately after the crew completed the job. Please note that there was NO Sanding involved. This was important because in many places on the floor we were down to the nail heads prior to any work beginning. We could not sand the floor even if we wanted to tolerate the dust. But the dustless process was amazing. Nice and clean. I am pleased to have had the doors done in the same manner. They would not have looked better sanded and this process was easier to live with.

I had damage in the kitchen and I called DL Flooring. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and they were pretty good about not making messes and cluttering things up. I recommend them highly.

It took me 6 years to find somebody that I trust. Dave did a marvelous job. He has his own shop and was able to take the drawers and door back to his shop to do the work. Brought everything back good as new. Good wood refurnishing and quality craftsmanship. Very well trained and clean staff. Licensed, bonded, insured and experienced. He came through like champ.

I have utilized Pegasus for two projects. I have been very satisfied with the results on both projects. My most recent project was a re-finish on a built in book-case and bar. My 30 year old cabinets look new. They fully sand the surface down to the bare wood and then apply multiple coats of finish as part of the process. Pegasus utilizes a labor intensive process and does the job right with a quality outcome. My interaction with the owner was easy and the crew finished the job and cleaned up on time.

Before I moved into my home, I remodeled the bathrooms. Based on the recommendation of the cabinet maker, I hired someone to stain the cabinets. Seven years later the finish on the cabinets in the master bathroom was coming off. I called several people for estimates on the cabinets and one of those people recommended Chris. Chris was prompt. He explained the process and gave me a price. The job turned out to be harder than expected. Chris kept me updated, brought pictures to show me the problems, and worked to find an agreeable resolution. I greatly appreciated Chris? efforts and that he continually kept me updated on his schedule and what I could expect.

Another professional has looked at the work and commented on the quality. It’s still holding up almost a year later. They were very professional. They returned my calls very quickly. They were able to work around my busy schedule. They accommodated me. They come and measure and give you a quote on the spot. They seem very reasonably priced for what they do. Value for price I think is very good.

Nelson offered the best price, was very friendly and sure he could do the work quickly and to our specifications. He picked up the pieces from our house a week later than agreed upon. Left the trim behind, and took three weeks longer to complete the work than agreed. The new stain was splotchy and uneven. The bar piece looked untouched. When he came to do touch-ups, he made it worse. We had to have the work redone by someone else.

The price was way beyond what we could afford. Bob was prompt about answering our initial contact and explaining the refinishing process to us. He wrote a nice reply when I explained that we couldn't afford his quote.

The quality of their work was excellent. Some of the wood had discolored and they did an excellent job of matching the wood the best they could. They did the work very quickly and got it done in a day. We were very pleased with the results. They were very courteous and we would recommend them. We would certainly use them again.
