Gil was extremely responsive. Our initial talk, setting up an appointment for an estimate, or scheduling a date for the work —Gil was lightning fast getting back to me, but I also was never rushed. He always promptly followed up with texts so when and what things were happening were always clear. Before work started on my ceiling we discussed other future projects-refinishing floors, electric work, adding a bathroom ...and then he asked if there were anything else he could help me with. I was having trouble with the gate on my fence. I need to use that gate when I walk my 130lb dog. I went back to my job and they did the ceiling work ( friendly and fast workers) and they reset my gate - at no extra charge! WOW.

We would like to testify to the wonderful work Baron Construction performed on our home. They removed the popcorn ceilings in three bebrooms and painted. They also painted the external. Both groups showed extra ordinary professional ship. They worked witth us in every way giving us the opportunity too choose our colors. They completely cleared up and carried off all trsh and debris. The quality of work was second to none. The crew was very polite and Very Professional. My wife and I wuld not hesitate to refer this business to friends and familles.

Dan Morgan, the owner of the business, is punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. Although this is a small project, no corners were cut and the project was executed as planned, on time, and on budget. I was concerned that this work would leave a mess of popcorn on the floor, but the team was meticulous and everything is clean. I will definitely use Morgan Construction again in the future. In fact, this project was the first step of a larger remodeling effort that I plan to do with Morgan Construction. Dan has been very helpful at managing the overwhelming nature of a remodel; all along the way, he's suggested how to separate the overall project into manageable stages such as scraping the ceiling. Of course, if I knew exactly what I wanted for the entire remodel, I'm sure he'd be happy to do it all in one stage. But by helping me break it down into stages, I can keep forward progress with the remodel even while I'm still figuring some things out (like choosing appliances, paint color, etc). His guidance in this respect has been tremendously helpful. He's also been very candid about which items it's ok to spend less on, and which items I'd regret if I went too cheap. I appreciate his respect for my budget and his patience with my complete lack of experience. I feel like he's been very honest in his assessment of my plans. He provides information based on his knowledge and experience, but never pressures me into making any particular decision. I'm very pleased to have found this general contractor!

I interviewed a lot of contractors, Viktor included and ended up at first going with someone else. Within two weeks I had fired the first contractor and reached out to Viktor for a second look. I had originally not chosen him due to somewhat to a lower bid but mostly that the other contractor had promised connections to suppliers and design services. None of those materialized so I came back to Viktor and glad I did. Viktor wanted to meet again to realign on the details and to update the estimate. He was very available, very flexible and worked around my availability always. He came over nights and weekends, whenever worked for me. It was refreshing. I opted not to stay in my house during the remodel being that I only have one bathroom and it was being worked on and I have a small dog that normally has run of the house that I didn't want getting in the way. He didn't ask me to leave but it allowed his team to work off hours and even weekend when they wanted and get work done faster. I live in a condo so I was worried that my neighbors would be disturbed but I checked in often and all of them said that Viktor and his team were very respectful, kept common areas clean and managed noise and mess very well. They kept as much of the mess as they could limited to the garage (construction is dusty but that's the nature of the work). What I liked most about Viktor was that he was reasonable and worked with me when issues came up. For example, my floors were big porcelain tiles and once installed as I directed didn't lay even. I talked to the store that sold them to me and they recommended a different install design. Viktor tore up what had been installed so far and redid the floors to the new design, and he split the cost of replacement tiles with me. Another time I was sure someone had taken my vacuum. I couldn't find it. Nothing had gone missing so far so I was worried and let Viktor know. Without hesitation he said he would take care of it. He didn't know where it was but he didn't haggle about it. I found it later that night (behind a door in a spare room, I had missed it) and apologized for my mistake. He was great about it. No sweat he said. I chose Argos because Viktor is the owner, I worked directly with him from the estimate to the day to day questions and communication, payments - all of it. Of course he had help and lots of trades worked here but I dealt with him for any questions or issues. I trusted him and he didn't let me down. All in all, I've got a great new kitchen, beautiful work and an updated bathroom.

SOD Builders was the one-stop shop to my dream house. With a complete team of project manager, designer, architect, licensed plumber/electrician, tile/floor specialists, painters, carpenters... they can put together pretty much any requests that you may dream up for your projects. The one thing the owner, Oren, kept saying throughout the project was "whatever you want we'll make it happen" and they really did all they could to try to make them happen. SOD Builders provided high-quality work, expert advice and top-notch customer services. They are very flexible to unexpected changes and always accommodating to the needs of the customers. When I picked out floors and tiles, Adi, the project manager, helped me looked all over California to find the best prices for the materials. When a part of the fireplace did not turn out look like the design I had in mind, they immediately sent a team to rebuild the area to make it look like exactly what I wanted. There were many examples like these throughout the project. I would highly recommend SOD Builders to anyone.

I’m honestly glad Marc was referred to me. My mom hired another person to redo her home and not only was the color off and warped but it wasn’t what she asked for and took a long time to complete. Marc was able to fix the terrible job that was done. He also removed this hideous acoustic (popcorn ceiling) in her living room, retextured, painted, and did crown molding. We’re planning on doing her garage next and will plan to hire him again. He’s honest, straightforward, very clean beautiful work, and very quick! My mom and I have been taken advantage of in the past with remodeling/home improvement and we definitely did not get that with Marc!

They were really helpful. There was a woman named Patty that was helpful in making decisions. Dennis Chivers did a lot of the work himself and did a very good job. I would recommend them and have recommended them for their work. They were responsive and considerate. They are conscientious and want to make sure that you are happy. They recommended me to a plumber that replumbed the whole entire house and did a fantastic job. Overall, I definitely trust them and their work.

Everything from start to finish exceeded my expectations. We met in June and he informed me he was booked for a few months out which was fine. He created a design for the kitchen and modified it a few times since I made some changes.The quality of cabinets he uses is superb. They are solid wood and are really beautiful and well built. We waited a few months to get onto his schedule but it was not a problem since I would rather have a large project like this done right rather than fast. Dennis was very communicative throughout the entire process and his partners were nice and did a great job. They were careful when carrying things into/out of the house not to damage the cherry wood floors and got a tremendous amount done each day. For anything else for the home, I will always call him since he and his partners are nice, fair, reliable, and do a great job.

Every project Al completed on time and with quality. His written estimates were spot on and he is a trustworthy and knowledgeable licensed contractor. He takes pride in doing the right job for the client.

It went very well. There are always delays or discoveries such as needing to bore through a slab floor to move a waste drain, but JS Design+Build reacted well, and Judy was always positive, and ready to plan a solution. Her project management was excellent with items being received, staged and installed in a coordinated way. Some custom tile work caused a significant delay due to having to reorder material at the end of the project where there were no alternative paths to completion so the delay here delayed final completion. An area that could have been better coordinated was the way we were informed of progress and completion of milestones that indicated payment was due. I felt that JS Design+Build was not used to giving the advance notice necessary for me to make timely payment following a particular milestone. A few times JS felt we weren't making payment on time, but we hadn't received enough notice that payment was due to be able to transfer money between bank accounts and mail a check. We got this worked out and overall are thrilled with the project and can't wait until we are able to have JS Design+Build start phase II.

I'm a first-time home buyer and this is the first time I've hired a contractor to do work on my home. So needless to say I was very nervous and honestly, did not have high expectations for this first experience. From the moment Pacific Drywall picked up the phone to answer my questions and respond to my request for a quote, to the final walk-through and final payment for their services, they were top-notch in all aspects throughout the entire process. They were friendly, responsive and extremely professional not just from one person, but every single person I dealt with either on the phone or in the field. When I asked for a quote, Donna asked a few simple questions and I was given a quote literally within hours. Their price was a bit higher than I was expecting, so I asked to adjust the scope of work to get the price down. So instead of painting all the ceilings after the popcorn removal, they would just paint the vaulted ceiling and only prep the lower ceilings for me and my wife to paint. No problem - the quote was adjusted accordingly at a price we were more comfortable with. When the workers arrived, I walked the foreman through the house to assess the work needed. He was very pleasant and was able to answer any questions I had. He outlined very clearly what they were going to do. When I returned for the final walk-through, I found their work to be exceptional and I feel like they went above and beyond what I expected. Overall, a good experience!

I would like to mention that Joe @ Z7 stepped up to take over an Angie's List Big Deal that another contractor flaked on. This in itself tells you the type of person Joe is & the confidence he has in his work & his employees to step into a situation that is not ideal and to deliver an excellent finished product. We recently had some work done in our combined kitchen & dining area. The goal was to replace 2 sliding doors (1 in the dining area), new tile flooring, new counter tops, add a backsplash, remove the popcorn ceiling & have a walls refinished. We used a previous door vendor for the sliding doors, another highly rated contractor who specialized in kitchens & a purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for a contractor to remove the popcorn ceiling & complete the finishing work on the walls. As mentioned above the Big Deal was for another contractor. Unfortunately, that vendor would not answer his phone or return messages or emails. After about a month I reached out to Angie's List who was able to find a vendor that was willing to take on the job & honor the Big Deal previously purchased, Joe & Z7 Team. Joe called me the following day to set up the consultation & walk through. He showed up on time, we went through my requests & showed him the work I wanted done. He gave me his opinion and feedback on each item and told me what he thought we could get done in the time allotted through the deal. We came to an agreement & would start the work in 3 to 4 weeks. The work started on Saturday, 9/13, and wrapped up on Wednesday, 9/17. Joe showed up the first day with his crew to introduce them. Joe would be by at least once each day to see how things were going, but for the most part it was his crew. The first 3 days were full days of prepping, work, sanding & last night ceiling painting. That Tuesday was mainly finishing work, applying primer & clean up with Wednesday being some last minute touch ups. Our ceiling & walls now look as good as the new tile & counter tops; no more popcorn or miss-matched texture, poorly done patch work or holes. Joe & his crew were a pleasure to work with & have great communication while the project is running. If Joe or his crew had a question or a suggestion they would bring it up immediately to make sure we were happy with the final product. Thanks again Joe!!!

Using Flores Contracting was the best decision I could have ever made. In writing this evaluation, I want to make sure to give them the highest recommendation they could ever earn for their professionalism, courtesy, knowledge of the work performed and responsiveness to all questions and requests I posed to them. In addition to providing superior work, they provided incredible guidance throughout the entire process. What can I say, other than they were so fabulous that I am having them redo a third bathroom, plus any other projects that I want done in my house because I know it will be done perfectly. They stand behind their work, treat you like a real person and do everything within their power to make the experience a good one. If anyone needs a good contractor, who is a perfectionist, this is the company to hire. You will be satisfied above and beyond your expectations. Quite frankly, this is the only company that I would hire for future jobs!

Ok looking for someone to remodel our house was hard work. Look no further. We got so lucky to find Bay easy construction the most amazing company that took good care us. We had and old kitchen and two bathrooms that needed work. In addition, all the interior of the house was painted and the old popcorn ceiling was removed. We also upgraded the electric system in the house and installed a new paneling. During the process Ofer advised to change the flooring and we went from carpet to tile and it made a dramatic difference for the best. Ofer gave us a tempting price to get it done and we are so happy we decided to do this. All the work finished for less than two months. Yay! Construction can be painful but this was a very pleasant experience. Ofer and Bay Easy Construction is a responsive, quality company that is concerned with customer satisfaction. Everyone was professional and friendly, and I felt that they really listened to what I wanted to accomplish with my dreams. By the end they felt like family that took good care of us during this process I am grateful to them. The work they accomplished was modern clean and really good quality. We are very happy with the results.

My experience with A quality construction and specially with the project manager Shai has been wonderful. I was lucky enough to have Shai and A quality construction at my house as the people who were remodeling my house. Not only was I happy with all the ideas and new design, but also that he came over each day to the house and personally supervise the work. They kept offering great customer service and high quality of work. I have them for my solar system installation, bathrooms remodeling, new kitchen cabinets & counters, fresh interior paint, popcorn ceiling removal and home automation electrical work all over the house. The workers showed up each day as scheduled, on time and never left for the day until the work was completed. Shai, was amazing and he was always available for any question or concern but he made sure that the workers knows exactly what I am expecting. I highly recommend A quality construction and Shai for any remodeling projects. I know that they will make any home project painless.

Replaced the old tub and shower setup with an walk in shower. With the help of Shaun we designed a shower that will be practical and safe to use for a senior or handicapped person. The entire bathroom was redone. Vanity, toilet, shower, and flooring. It looks great. The kitchen needed to be updated. The cabinets we refinished. New countertop, Oven, Stove-top, sink, and flooring were installed. The fluorescent lighting in the bathroom and kitchen were replaced. This required drywall work to cover the old lighting recesses. New can lights were used. The drywall work was invisible when finished. Popcorn ceilings were removed throughout the entire condo, textured, and painted. Shaun and his crew were great. They were always on time, neat and courteous. I appreciated Shaun's willingness to discuss options and concerns. He was aware of our budget and provided good insight into what options we had. I rated the price as good because I don't know if it was the best price. I was more concerned about finding a responsible and credible contractor. SR Construction surely fit that requirement. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for my next job.

We were extremely happy with the work Jason did on our house. He was the epitome of professionalism--returned calls, showed up when he said he would (yes, it's true!), didn't go over his initial bid, and overall did a great job in a short amount of time. We highly recommend him.

We were very pleased with John Sullivan (owner) Raul (supervisor) and the rest of the crew. All were polite, considerate, cooperative, hard working, knowledgeable and always on time. They did an excellent job with all aspects of the work. One part of the job was not done correctly because of miscommunication but when we discussed it with Raul he corrected the problem promptly. John had told us that the job would take 4 days and it ended up taking almost 5 but we asked them to add a couple of things on to the original contract so we were very happy with the amount of time it took to complete. We have found no problems and everything works correctly. The only problem I encountered was in trying to get in contact with John. It took his several days for him to get back to me after we had chosen him to do the work and often times I could not get him by phone. In his defense he had told me that a bunch of jobs had come in at the same time and he was scrambling. We would determinately hire him and his crew again.

Julio is an honest, hardworking general contractor that can do your whole remodel job without calling in subs. He shows up when he says he'll be there! He turned the townhouse I bought from looking like the 80's into looking like a new place! He is very easy to work with and always cleans up when he leaves. Many of my neighbors saw the work he did for me and have used him for their remodeling jobs.
