Best Mosquito Control Services in San Francisco

I have found Katelyn with Dancan to be highly reliable and competent. I used another pest control company previously and there is a significant difference between the two. Dancan always alerts me in advance of scheduled visits and always follows through with what is promised. They are knowledgeable when it comes to pest control and their solutions have been very effective in reducing not only everyday pests, but also mosquitoes and rodents around our property.

They did what they said they would. They treated the surfaces and it was evident, they did a good job. I liked their services and will use the same in future.

I have used Killroy in the past with great results. This time I was asking them to come out to deal with two problems I had: mosquitoes near my front door and springtails (tiny bugs) in one of my sinks. The expert at Killroy whom I talked with (Daniel, I think) said that if there was no standing water on my property, there was nothing he could do for mosquitoes except kill individual insects, as I could be drawing them from anywhere within a mile of my house. As for the springtails, he said he could spray for them, but since the spray contains moisture and the populations thrive in moisture, the spray would be unlikely to help much. He said the population would naturally die out, if conditions stayed dry for a time. As a result of his advice, I chose not to treat for these pests at this time.

They arrived on time. They were very careful to make sure my neighbors and I protected ourselves from any errant pesticide getting into our homes. They worked efficiently and were done in about 1/2 hour. The price included a return visit the next month. However, they failed to inform me that they would return at the beginning of the next mosquito season and continue to provide monthly treatments for a recurring fee of $69.00. In early May, I called Orkin and spoke to someone stating that I wished to cancel my service and stop any future treatments. However, they sent someone out again in June and told me that they had no record of my previous request to cancel the service. I also learned at that time that they raised my rate to $84.00. They may have notified me about this by email, but I can't be sure. Again, I called Orkin to cancel which was acknowleged, yet they sent someone again in July and again told me that there was no record of my cancellation request. At this point, I phoned the headquarters requesting reimbursement for the two months that I had been charged, but I was bounced around from person to person until I was told that I would receive a follow up call on the matter. I never did receive a follow up call and had to ask my credit card company to stop the charges. I would never use the Orkin service in Oakland again, and I would look elsewhere before using any Orkin location.
