After leaving a message with the office, I received a prompt call back from the manager. Within 5 minutes I had negotiated the price of the service and scheduled the cleaning for the next available day (2 business days later). The manager called me the day before the cleaning to confirm the appointment. On the day of the service the crew arrived about 10 minutes later than the range given to me by the manager. The two person crew was friendly and English speaking. They were very flexible in that I remained in the house while they were cleaning. They asked for immediate feedback, and took care of a few items they missed after I pointed them out. The service took about 3 hours, which was probably longer than normal since it was the first cleaning. I suspect that future cleanings will be shorter. The overall quality was good; I felt I did get what I paid for. They asked if I was interested in scheduling future services and I let them know that I would be contacting their manager to discuss. One day after the cleaning, the manager called me to follow up on the service and to ask about scheduling another cleaning. FYI - - Their rate structure is based on frequency of the service, so the more frequent the cleanings, the lower the hourly fee. This company is a good option over independent contractors as you can feel confident of their bonding and insurance, as well as the fact that you have an escalation point with the manager/owner of the business. I would recommend the company to others.
