THE STAFF WERE COURTEOUS, GAVE ME SOME GREAT ADVICE ABOUT ADDING A BEVEL AROUND THE EDGE OF THE MIRROR, AND HAD THE MIRROR DONE WHEN THEY SAID IT WOULD BE DONE. I GOT A CUSTOM MIRROR AT A PRICE THAT BEAT SHOWROOM MIRRORS AT MANY HOME INTERIOR STORES.

Avoid this business! Read the fine print! When my contract was ready to install the mirror, opened the box, and the mirror was in a tremendous number of pieces. Called Dulles, and they won't replace the mirror because it's been >14 days since the mirror arrived. Not even a discount on a replacement mirror. I'm out $1350 and have to pay to dispose of a broken mirror. Less than useless customer service. Unscrupulous business! Avoid!

The order took less than a week and the mirror looks great. I picked up the mirror at their store. Able Glass's price was by far the lowest. The price quote from Franciscan Glass was $375 and from Southbay Glass and Shower was $350 for the same mirror.

Went into the shop in the afternoon. Jason took the order was careful in measuring as well as seeing if the shop had the right kind of mirror ie size and thickness. The job was completed the next morning. Brandon retrieved the mirror which was wrapped to protect the corners of the frame. He unwrapped the mirror so I could inspect the work and then re wrapped the mirror. In the past I have had screen doors repaired with excellent workmanship and quick turn around time.

We ordered a custom-sized beveled bathroom mirror. We got good advice as to what would fit our bathroom and what type of mirror to use. The company offered free delivery even though we were not within their service area. We were pleased when the mirror was delivered on-time and the delivery crew was very professional and courteous. We didn't inspect the mirror in more detail on the spot and later found a chip around the bevel. The owner demonstrated excellent customer service, he stood behind his product and offered us a free replacement mirror at no charge! He was able to resolve the issue to our COMPLETE satisfaction. We've had a great experience doing business with LG Shower and Mirror and will use them again in the future. One of a kind!

They came out first to measure, did a good job of explaining the options for our shower door. Very professional. Delivery was on-time and done quickly. A hole in the mirror (for lighting) was not in exactly the right place. They immediately offered to replace it, without any argument. The correctly cut mirror arrived a few days later. The most important thing: the shower door and mirror look and work great, 1 year after installation.

They were very prompt and they did it on my schedule. They did a great job on that. They also installed custom mirrors for me before that. They were very large custom mirrors. They measured and then came back and installed it when the mirrors were ready. They look great. The workers were very professional. SIMMONS GLASS COMPANY
I needed a custom cut mirror to install behind a small nook in our hallway. This is a small job, but Skip, the owner at Simmons, took the time to work with me and cut the mirror while I waited. He has many big commercial contracts, but took the time out of his busy schedule to help me with this small project. Then I went back and ordered two pieces of glass to put on top of tables. Skip is amazingly friendly and prompt and really knows his stuff. He keeps his cell phone with him so that he always answers, even when out on a job. Skip personifies the kind of service and customer first attitude that is so hard to come by lately. I love Skip and Simmons and will always go to him with any sort of glass project from now on!

Super Glass is awesome! They were incredibly responsive to my questions and had very helpful suggestions for the large mirror over my new double vanity. I'd been having such problems with my general contractor - who FORGOT to order a mirror for the bathroom remodel! - so I went and took care of it myself. Milad responded quickly, I got an appointment within two days for measurements, then it took about a week for the glass to be custom cut. The installers (Sam was the lead guy) were friendly and efficient, and the mirror looks great! I would definitely recommend them and I will definitely use them again.
