My elderly neighbor has had mice for about 2 years. She has refused to call an exterminator, and the bait that had been tried was not eradicating the problem. I convinced her that she should let me try and find a professional to a**** the situation and (hopefully) rid her of the mice. I called Jon, based upon reviews, and he came out the following day. He checked the surroundings and talked with this neighbor at length, describing the process of finding and exterminating the mice. The price, although he offered a discount, was more than she wanted to pay. Jon was kind, caring, and professional in every sense of the word.

One of the buildings I manage was having a serious mice infestation due to the marsh/ field next door. After being frustrated with several companies, a friend of mine suggested Presto. Jim came out and accessed our situation, gave helpful input and a plan for mitigation. After 30 days of his service, we have not seen one mouse. I love working with companies that educate, propose plans, and execute! Presto is on that list for me! I would highly recommend their services!

The introductory meeting went very well. The representative, Stephan, was very professional, arrived on time and had a professional appearance. He asked good questions , so to understand the extent of our rodent house mates and wanted to see all areas of the house inside and out. He completed a thorough inspection and educated me with his findings and clearly proposed what his company could do to remove the mice. We signed up and are looking forward to being mouse free!

We signed up for a contract and they have come but not actually done anything. The person stays for about 10 minutes and does nothing. He puts another date on the trap. Catches nothing and does not even go around the apartment. I just don't think that they interested in actually removing the mice. I would never recommend them.

The house inspection said it has sign of rodent activity in the crawl space of my purchased home. I called Killroy for the free estimation. The technician came and gave a quote of $165 for fixing broken ventilation screen and 4 to 5 times followup for mouse trap. It sounds pretty cheap to me and agreed for the service. Rather than get down the crawl space for any inspection, the technician left 2 mouse traps at the entrance of crawl space on the same day. He came back few days later without notice in advance and no one was at home. He came in through backyard door and patched pieces of steel wire on the holes of ventilation screen. One week later, I checked the mouse trap by myself and found one of them was flipped over. I called the technician and he came to re-position the trap and then never showed up again. Two months later, killroy phoned me for the full price of the services or to get the late fees penalty. During the arguing process, the technician concurred that he did not complete the follow up, but said only management team can decide what the final cost would be. Later, the management team called and bluffly rejected any price adjustment. He insisted the price is for the whole package, no matter how many times of follow-up they done. Even though he offered to send the technician to check it one more time, I denied it and paid the full price eventually to get this problem behind me. There's really no point for them to come back and check the mouse trap that's sitting there for 2+ months. The total services includes 3 time visits of 1. got a quote and placed 2 mouse traps on the entrance of crawl space. 2. patched broken ventilation screens. 3. re-position one of mouse trap that flipped over. You can just purchase all the materials for $10 bucks and do it by your own. Really disappointed at this A-rated company.

They did not have change for $20 so they sold us 3 glue traps for $20 instead of 2 for $10. They then recommended another pest control company to us. That company charged us $150 to plug up the mouse holes but they didn't get them all and the problem did not go away. It was very disappointing that this company could not solve even a simple mouse problem or even refer us to someone who can.

We had a mouse and had been trying to remove it from the house for over a month. Called Terminix and they offered to have someone out the next day. Within two days the mouse was removed (not for the squeamish). They also sprayed for insects around the perimeter of the house. A day later someone came by to inspect for termites and wood beetles and gave a quote for services.

It was very good. They sprayed pesticides around the house. They also gave us some advice about areas they saw where mice could get into the house. I later actually saw a mouse come through the spot they advised us about, so I got that fixed.

It was quick and easy. I had one mouse left inside that had been blocked inside by the guards installed, and I caught it with a trap. After that, no mice! I'd say Dirty Rats is an effective company! Dirty Rats is a family-run business. They were responsive and professional, easy to work with, and they got the job done! HIghly recommended.

These are crafty little creatures. It was a small process, but tracking and trapping and plugging a few entry points...all has been good.

The man inspected and said I had mice, not rats, but he thought they were already gone. (Mice droppings were old). Since there weren't rats, he charged me only $50 for an inspection and left mice traps in the places where the mice had been. I thought I was committed to the $200, so I was delighted with the $50. And he was right. I haven't caught any mice with his traps. (Thank God.)

I contacted the Presto Pest Control to help with a mice problem we had in the shop. They were professional and came out to took care of the unwanted mice. I would definitely recommend them for future Pest control issues.

This past spring we experienced an unusual increase in mice activity on our property. The mice have been in our backyard for years but this spring they decided to nest inside my garage. Tharp Environmental, can out and identified how they were getting inside our garage. Their technician was very friendly. We would recommend if you are having mice in the garage.

Curtis and Tanya are very professional and take into account if you have pets in the house and their well-being. Quick and responsive, clean and professional. I'm hoping my landlord gets the bi-monthly package because Curtis has made a huge difference in our comfort and safety in the home. I would absolutely trust Curtis to take care of any vermin problem even if I'm not at home.

Doug showed up on time, and placed baited traps out under and around the house to ensure they were out of reach for our pets. Very informative and agreed to bi-monthly return to replace the baited traps and to notify me when reinstalled. Doug was very knowledgeable on his speciality. I will use him again.

Curtis is a nice, trustworthy guy who does a great job. He helped rid us of the mice in our attic. He came back several weeks in a row, installed traps, checked traps, sealed up entrance points, etc. Guaranteed his work for two years. I would definitely use him again.

He was incredibly helpful. He also noticed a drip coming from a faucet in the area behind our washing machine. He was honest about our problem and did not did a big sales pitch. Our HOA sets traps outside our homes, so we're hoping that we won't need to set traps inside our home -- and that this is a one off, however, I would use this company any time for any type of infestation. I searched Angie's list on mice furnace air duct -- and this company did not come up. So I'll also put Marin County, San Rafael, mice, rats, insulation and heating ducts so that it will pull up for others.

They came and got here real quick. They are local and reasonable. They were nice and put my stuffs back.

I was very satisfied with the service. They were really patient in terms of explaining everything and how to cancel the service when it was no longer needed which was easy to do. It only took three weeks for the whole infestation to be gone, I kept the service about a month after just to be sure then I was able to cancel, it was perfect! They get the job done!

Started out rough with a no show, but Planet Orange bent over backwards to assuage my frustration and the traps have been set along with outstanding follow up from the operations director.
