They put in new plumbing, a new microwave with a vent, repaired holes, put in light fixtures, installed a gas line and a gas stove top, installed a gas line for my dryer, fixed all of the electrical, put on a new security door and locks, installed motion light detectors around the house, installed a new water heater, installed a new air conditioning unit and branded on a new railing. He is a general contractor in the bay area.

Javier and his crew were very professional. Javier very quickly responded to a job request. He asked a few questions and requested few photos of the job site. They showed up on time and did a very complex installation of our new chandelier in the 21' ceiling. I would highly recommend him

They were also very courteous and professional explaining all their work and any changes needed to the work order. They took initiative to ask questions to ensure our preferences were heard. And checked in often to ensure we were all aligned on our project goals.

Aviv and his team were beyond excellent regarding my home remodeling project. They were thorough, detailed and kept me informed regarding most of the important parts of the remodeling the entire time. I am mainly pleased with the new large shower which has been installed. It didn't matter to us, but there was a bit of a disconnect between the sales pitch timeline and the actual timeline for the demo and installation. I wanted quality and that's what I got.

We contracted for installation of a solar-powered attic fan. The installation proved to be problematic (we have a very steep roof and a special ladder is needed). The company obtained the ladder and re-scheduled the installation. Everything went smoothly. The customer service is exemplary---I am hearing-impaired and prefer email to phone. They complied with this and were very responsive to all my queries. I will not hesitate to use this company again.

The scheduling was a bit confused but once it was completed everything went smoothly. The installer arrived on time, did his work, cleaned up nicely and was in his way. I know the fans work because I heard them operating when the installer tested them but since they will operate only when tempareatures reach 110 in the attic I don't really know about the quality of the installation or the fans themselves.

None existed before the installation so it was a brand new job. The installer was competent , thorough, and left the area cleaner than when he began. I would refer him to friends & family.

In addition to the installation, they explained why the previous change of lighting fixture in the unit caused the whole system to fail. The previous installer put the newer CFL bulbs in and the circuitry was not built to handle them so it destroyed the controller. Very informative and helpful.

I opted for a higher quality (quieter) model than the original offer. the work start and finished on time. The installers were pleasant and easy to communicate with. they installed plastic screens to contain any dust. the cleanup was thorough. Very satisfied.

Mike from Elco elec services did a very good job, was fast, professional and polite. We had 2 bathroom exhaust fans installed, 220 conversion to 110, a living room fan install and some outlets. Price was reasonable. I would hire him again.

Service was excellent. All 3 ceiling fans were assembled and installed. Two of them did not have predrilled holes in the ceilings so that was also done. In 1 of the rooms, there was a potential installation problem which was solved by the team. Highly recommended!
