Excellent customer service!The glass that I wanted was out of stock in the tempered glass. As I was under a deadline with my contractor Dublin Glass bought un-tempered glass and took it to be tempered for me. 100% above and beyond normal customer service. The glass looks spectacular.

I have waited 3 weeks for the appointment. When the estimator arrived he told me that Dotto Glass cannot provide replacement glass with grid bars between glass panels as in my original glass door. The job estimate arrived a week later and it was quite high. I contacted Glass & Sash, got an appointment with an estimator in 2 days , they were able to install replacement glass with grid bars and their price was 36% less than Dotto Glass quote.

I called Bull's Glass to find out if the broken glass could be replaced. Their glass technician Mac, came to my house measured for the replacement glass. Explained details about how the replaced glass would be installed. I agreed to the price for glass and installation. Mac came back on the agreed date and time and did the repair. He is very professional, explaining details of the repair. Disposed of the glass and other debris. I was very satisfied with Mac's workmanship.

THE SLIDING GLASS DOORS LOOK GREAT. THE GUYS WERE COURTEOUS AND CLEANED UP AFTER. EVEN THOUGH THE GLASSES WERE CUSTOM, THEY DIDN'T TOO LONG. THEY WERE ON TIME AND WORKED DILIGENTLY, AND WERE CAREFUL WHEN REMOVING THE DAMAGED GLASSES.

They build and repair stain glass. I paid a total of $600. They were very competent and thorough and an excellent job. They specialize in stained and leaded glass, so I wouldn't call them for ordinary busted glass. They are real artists and they know the stain glass business inside and out. They went through a lot trouble to find right glass to best match.

Nate did an excellent job replacing a broken window pane. He was prompt, responded to my questions and emails quickly, and was very efficient. I requested a quote from Angie's List on a Sunday afternoon, and the broken window glass was replaced less than 24 hours later. The glass that needed to be replaced was frosted and textured. I sent him a picture of the glass, and he was able to match it perfectly. The new pane is an exact match -- it looks perfect. I highly recommend Nate from Different Group Glass.

Tempered glass shower door was hitting the glass door frame. Glass-on-glass isn't good. Glendale glass came out to look at the problem and fixed it on the spot. I pointed out some apparent issues with one of the hinges. Glendale Glass ordered a new hinge, called the following week to let me know they'd received the hinge, came out and installed it the next day. Even replaced my grungy old trim, free of charge. Tolerant of my overly interested dogs, easy to talk to. Highly recommended.

They have a great website to help the do-it-yourselfer like me order and install a frameless glass shower enclosure. The hardware was all top quality. I live about 40 miles from their shop, so they actually subcontracted the tempered glass to a glass foundry closer to me. 3 of the 4 pieces of glass were perfect, but one was mis-manufactured (the error was clearly due to the sub-contractor). Wilson Glass had a new piece made and delivered right away. I have been very happy with them and the cost of going with them was much better than any other shop in town (but still high for a glass shower enclosure).

absolutely no dont's The individual who measured and installed the broken glass (Mac) was a true professional. He measured, ordered the glass and then installed making our clock look brand new again. After installing the glass he made an extra effort by cleaning the new glass and cleaning up the area, we were very satisfied with the results. The only slight issue was that the date they were going to install the glass, the glass pane broke and they had to reorder. The company apologized and then rescheduled for the next week. Absolutely no problems with the new pane.

THEY HAD THE DOOR WITH THE NEW GLASS READY IN 2 DAYS. THEY DIDN'T HURT THE WOOD FRAME WHERE THE GLASS WAS PUT INTO. THEY WERE FAST AND CHEAP. ANYTIME I NEED ANY GLASS OR REPAIRS I WILL GO TO THEM.

The order took less than a week and the mirror looks great. I picked up the mirror at their store. Able Glass's price was by far the lowest. The price quote from Franciscan Glass was $375 and from Southbay Glass and Shower was $350 for the same mirror.

Called couple of patio door companies and glass companies to get a quote - some of them suggested to replace the door itself instead of replacing the broken glass(this would cast $1400+), some quoted $550 to $800 for replacing the broken glass. I called Anthony's glass, Jose showed up within an hour and mentioned that cost would be little over $400 based on the size, he measured the size and told me that it would take 4-5 days to get the glass. He called me that evening and mentioned that the cost would be $430 for my door size and asked me whether I'm ok with the price. I accepted. After 4 days, got a call from Jose, saying that glass was ready, and scheduled an appointment to replace the glass. Jose and other guy showed up next day, and replaced the broken glass, and they also fixed some minor issues with the door. He inspected our other patio door and made some corrections to move smoothly. Very pleased with the overall experience. Perfect on time and clearly communicated the details, and very professional.

I highly recommend Simmons Glass for window replacement. I broke the bottom pane of a tall window in a third story condo on a Friday morning. I called Simmons Glass and Skip Simmons came over that morning to assess the situation and determine the kind of glass that was needed. He scheduled the replacement first thing on Monday. The replacement required access from the outside in a narrow passageway between two buildings and was hampered by bamboo branches from a neighbor's yard. Yet the replacement went quickly and was completed in a professional and efficient manner. I would definitely call Simmons Glass again if I need a glass expert.

The whole process was smooth and professional. Measurements were accurate and the installation crew as competent and friendly. Two cost factors were that one of the glass panels included a substantial stepped notch to accommodate a granite shelf that ran the length of the wall and I selected the crystal clear glass instead of the standard glass (because I didn't want the greenish hue you would normally get with glass of that thickness), It was well worth the additional cost.
