After the first estimator dropped the ball, the work was bid and completed in a timely manner. I gave them a B for professionalism because the crew did a minimal job of cleaning up the job site, even after being pushed to do more . It is important for the homeowner to inspect the work before the crew leaves. The new gates with metal frames are very sturdy and a big improvement over the original construction.

I contacted All Fence Company via their website contact form during the weekend, and on Monday morning I got a call from them to schedule an appointment. A representative came on Thursday and called back the next day to set up an appointment on Saturday morning of the same week. I was also able to pay via credit card over the phone. Phenomenal service!

I would use them again. They were responsive and flexible. There was something I needed changed at the last minute and they accommodated it so it was all good.

I had a good experience with Wrought Iron Gate service. I called them to get a second opinion on my entry gate repair. The previous installer wanted to charge for a part that was under warranty. He called the manufacturer and confirmed that my part was covered. He also charged only a minimum for labor (vs, the other company that wanted to charge for a 4 hour install). He was very knowledgeable and didn't mind me asking tons of questions, as I like to learn about the functions and repair of things. The manufacturer took a long time to send the part, but when he received it, was out the next day. I would recommend this service again.

I met with Humberto and presented him with a detailed list of projects which we reviewed and discussed. We came to agreement on timelines and costs of the proposed work. Humberto delivered the work as promised and remained in contact throughout the process to ensure clarity. He also offered excellent suggestions to address different options which I had yet to resolve. His work was of high quality and I was very pleased with the results. 10/11/2012: The fence that Jorge removed was on a slope between two properties. Over the years a 50' portion was tilting so badly my lilac trees on the lower side of the slope were holding most of it up. Jorge estimated that it would take 3 days to cut down and remove the badly tilting existing fence, put new posts into the ground, and then build and install the alternating sections of fence boards. He was on time, worked a full day (even in light rain!), and finished the job in 2 days instead of 3. I was surprised and impressed when I saw that the area along the fence and under the lilac trees was cleaned of all debris and was actually much neater than when the job was started. Because of this, I had Jorge return on 10/29/2012 to repair the RV gate that had become very difficult to open and close. NOTE: The cost of the fence listed above was the total cost, shared by both property owners. The gate repair was done in less than an hour and the $90 included his time and all materials needed to complete the work. I intend to have Jorge return to repair the fence on the other side of the house as soon as possible.
