We had Zion, Carlos and the entire team of Brothers and Brothers just finish an entire house remodel of a tired 1955 house. My wife has a good eye and a strong spirit and we knew many of the things that we wanted. Our expertise stopped on our color scheme and layout of the house. That is where the team took our house to another level. Put the ceiling beams above the ceiling. remove the ceiling above the stairway and create 20 ft ceilings. Part of Ceiling, a section of the wall & baseboard damaged by leak caused by attic furnace condensation. Rodolfo's company had to cut out a large section of the ceiling and a portion of the wall, tape texture, paint and paint & replace baseboard. They did an excellent job. The patch on ceiling and wall blend so well, if not known it had been patched, is undetectable. They also had to find a match for the paint on ceiling. The ceiling color was unknown yet matches perfectly. Cleanup was done each step. Work was completed in a fairly short period of time.

The Handyman removed my old ceiling and replaced it with a new ceiling which he had to get new paint. The gentleman named Mike did a excellent job.

Tile is great. Painting is unfinished in my opinion. Painted ceiling (that I did not want painted) and left areas unpainted around grates in ceiling. Overall job is good. Finishing leaves a lot to be desired.

It went excellent!! They came over and immediatey went to measuring before even attempting a quote. Created immediate availability for us, and got on the work. We had to coordinate with electricians (Voltz) as they were repairing hacky wiring and setting new recessed fixtures. Parts for the lighting work were backordered but Ofer and Moses were very accommodating, working around multuple scheduled disruptions even though it was high season -summer. The best part is all their work, from ceiling joist reinforcement (sistering), drywall repair and painting to match was GOOOD!!

Encountered a problem with plumbing and electrical in dropped ceiling so it pushed job out by a week. However, well worth it in the end and to code.

We were very happy with Robert's work. He showed up with a crew and they quickly completed the job as planned. Robert was helpful in suggesting improvements too. I had already purchased closet doors and a hanging kit. Robert suggested using a sturdier rail which he was able to obtain for a reasonable price. He was also able to install an electrical outlet and move a ceiling fan in such a way as to not require additional construction work on the walls and ceiling.

Gil was extremely responsive. Our initial talk, setting up an appointment for an estimate, or scheduling a date for the work —Gil was lightning fast getting back to me, but I also was never rushed. He always promptly followed up with texts so when and what things were happening were always clear. Before work started on my ceiling we discussed other future projects-refinishing floors, electric work, adding a bathroom ...and then he asked if there were anything else he could help me with. I was having trouble with the gate on my fence. I need to use that gate when I walk my 130lb dog. I went back to my job and they did the ceiling work ( friendly and fast workers) and they reset my gate - at no extra charge! WOW.

I received two bids for this job in my top floor condo unit. The kitchen ceiling was badly damaged by a roof leak and was beyond repair. Socelvic was the better bid and they set-up the demolition, completed it in one day, and cleaned up well afterwords. The scope of the job changed slightly when we could see up beyond the old ceiling in our 100 year old building. We needed more framing to support the new blue board and were able to add insulation which is a bonus. Socelvic was good at informing me of the changes, the options and pricing. The new ceiling went up in a day and crown molding was added. The joints were filled the next day and on the final day the painting was completed. Overall, they did an excellent job. The demolition, carpentry, and paint crews were hard working. This job was very dusty and messy; I was warned ahead of time. They did a good job setting up plastic, cloth drop sheets, and then cleaning up. I'd recommend to others in my building and Angie's List members.

While they were here, they also explored what it would take to install a ceiling fan in our living room and provided me a quote based on their findings.

He caulked the kitchen counter and repaired an non ringing door bell on the first visit. He returned to repair a bedroom ceiling and then finished it the 2nd day, the color and finish matched perfect.

QUALITY WORK, HELPED WITH DESIGN PROCESS, WHICH MADE IT EASIER TO BUILD. WILLING TO MAKE SOME CHANGES MID-STREAM. WE ADDED EXTRA INSULATION AND A CEILING FAN. EXCELLENT FOLLOW THROUGH ON DETAILS AT THE END OF THE PROJECT.

This project grew in scope until it included external lighting, interior lighting and ceiling fans, a repaint of almost every wall and some miscellaneous remodeling (stair rails, furniture quake retrofits). It was completed without undue delay and minimal disruption to our habitation.

I wasn't sure what I wanted to do and they gave me some ideas. They said once I made up my mind, they would give me a quote. I liked them a lot. He used to work for some contractor that we knew. Both the guys were very nice. He was very knowledgeable and honest. I am planning to have some work done by him. I felt like I could trust them and that they would do a good job. They were on time.

The GoodFellas Construction were very responsive and professional. They completed a challenging project in 6 weeks working 6 days a week including Saturdays and starting very early in the morning and into the evenings. The dead line was very important and they took ownership of delivering quality work by the dead line. Ran Leemore from GoodFellas was very responsive and attentive to all details. I really appreciated all of his help. In addition, the GoodFellas foreman Tacktook was very knowledgeable and his advice helped me save quite a bit of money in materials. The bathroom tile work was excellent. I hope to work with them again in the future and recommend them to anyone remodeling their home.
