Support » Plugin: Webmention » Can’r reply to existing comments when Webmention is activated

  • When the Webmention plugin is activated, users and admins can’t reply to an existing comment by click the Reply button below the post content. While admins can use the dashboard to manage and reply to comments, visitors cannot reply to each other. They can only reply to the original posts.

    When the Webmention plugin is deactivated, this issue is gone. You can reply to any comment as usual.

    The site allows comments as deep as 6 levels. Please try replying to any existing comment by clicking the Reply button on the right and see if the level increases.
