Changing font and spacing in the backend of the Gutenberg Editor

When WordPress updated, it changed how the font and space appeared in the Gutenberg editor on the backend and now one of our writers is having problems because of the change. How do we change the font and/or spacing of the Gutenberg editor on the backend?
