Creating Reports

You can create a report and download it immediately as a .xlsx file if it contains 5,000 records. If the report contains 50,000 records, you will receive the .xlsx file via email. When creating a report you also have the option to schedule it.
To create a report:
On the left pane, click Reports.
The Reports dialog appears. From here you can either click the add Add New Report button or click + Add New Report on the right pane.
The Details tab appears on the right pane, complete the following fields:
Field Description Name Type the name of your report. Schedule Report Click Yes if you have to schedule the report. If yes, additional fields appear and have to be completed. For more about scheduling reports, see Scheduling Reports. Time Range Select your time zone and dates from the calendar. Filters Add filters by clicking the + button to open the Filters dialog. Dimensions Add the dimensions you need by clicking the + button to open the dialog. At least one dimension should be selected. Metrics Add the metrics you need by clicking the + button to open the dialog. At least one metric should be selected. Data Sorted By Use this list to sort by one of the dimensions or metrics you added. Records Volume Select the desired records volume option:
• 5,000 Records: to download this data immediately.
• 50,000 Records: to receive this file via email.Click Download. The report is created and is now listed in the Downloads History list.
