Matt did a great job repairing, re-configuring, cleaning, and resealing our fencing. It looks great, and he is professional, friendly, and skilled. Online estimates and invoicing were also really convenient -- Esther is super efficient. I would recommend providing a description and/or drawing of what you need done in writing to eliminate possible confusion, but I would suggest that for any contractor.

Shannon was very responsive, went out of his way to gather our supplies during a run on that type of lumber, completed te work efficiently , was neat, and provide straight-forward advice on how to maintain the pergola.. I got three bids from other Home Advisor recommendations and his was the lowest.

Hiring PDX Restoration Group was the best decision we could have made when we needed to do some updating to the home we bought in August. Very quick and efficient with quotes, but also very flexible when the job changed a couple times during the project. We ended up using them to refinish old hardwoods throughout our house as well as fresh interior paint.
Everyone who worked on our home was professional, and just as importantly, respectful of Covid-related precautions and people working from home. Once we're ready for the next phase of our remodel, Cris and his team will most definitely be my first call. Highly recommended!

We had a huge project including residing, decking, railing, a deck cover, and whole house paint. Superior Home took on the work and delivered phenomenal results, we could not be happier. Ismael is an incredible craftsman, very intuitive to our vision with an eye for detail. The ideas we communicated to him were not only executed but consistently improved upon as he brought his experience to the table. His team was great, very friendly, and they worked hard and fast. Each day before they left, they would stack material and clean the job site leaving our yard free of debris which made the remodeling process a lot less invasive to everyday life. Upon completion, we spent a weekend absorbing the beautiful work of Ismael, and came up with our punch list: Absolutely nothing! Superior Homemade our project was a pleasure. I highly recommended them.

I had Michael come install a sink for me and he had to deal with an existing leak and cheap parts that came with it. He was able to install and fix everything and it looks great and functions even better. He also installed stone tiles for me and they look awesome! Overall it was such an easy, convenient experience for me. Super trustworthy dude with a great attitude that does amazing work! 10/10 would recommend!

The job started with a paint contract (not power washing), and expanded to extensive carpentry. There was a disagreement over the carpentry which was left unresolved, and the painting, unfortunately, was a bit sloppy (paint splattered on walkway). The owners have great personalities.

Ours was a small repair job, which several other firms didnâ t even bother to respond to. Steve Stewart responded, set a time to look at the job, showed up on time, and then did an excellent job repairing the plaster. He also was the only one who was using plaster to make the repair, rather than drywall. Part of the job was to integrate repairs to the textured ceiling, which he did quite well. The repairs blend in with the rest of the walls and ceiling seamlessly. While plaster repair was a little more expensive than the drywall approach, it retained the integrity of the 100+ year old interior. Plus, Steve and Logan were very careful to clean up afterwards, which given how much dust can be created in the finish phase, is a big task too. I hope I donâ t need repairs elsewhere in the house, but if we do, Left Shore will be who we call.

Reece installed four windows and two exterior doors for our modular home, came took measurements and did all the ordering and scheduled deliveries of materials. In addition he replaced all the exterior window trim on then older windows to match the new ones, and correctly insulating the windows the Penguin Window Company (now debunked) had not done so. Reece built up the inside of all interior windows and added decorative trim not the quarter round that was original on them. I love the look of the new windows and doors, he installed all the hardware on the doors. He cleaned up all the materials from construction and sweep all the inside areas, bagging things as he went and hauled everything away. Reece was willing to answer any of our questions or concerns. A top notch contractor would highly recommend him. CCB#162247
